Without an assistant, she was fully occupied with setting up decor downstairs so the prime management of multiple hand-offs, dealing with vendors arriving at once, crossing off key happenings on the timeline was not entirely covered. I called the number on the door, and Kim stated that my order was not ready and that she was not in the office today either. I would have to come back again tomorrow to pick up the items, and that they would be ready anytime between 9am-2pm. Kim seemed irritated on the phone, but I'm the customer who was told I could pick up today. She did say she could deliver tomorrow, but I'm not trying to spend $150.
