we confirmed everything and they never showed up and never answered the phone. this is my sons first birthday party and we were having it at home to keep it simple. this was the whole party attraction for the older kids and that was ruined. Luckily my family is awesome and we still had a really good time but it was no thanks to this company at all. ----------------------- I confirmed a jumper and 15 chairs for my son's 1st birthday party on April 18th for April 27th -- I have emails showing that they requested the full amount in cash upon delivery and did not want a deposit paid over the phone. The day came and went without a WORD from this organization. The older kids were supposed to be able to enjoy that part of the party since we kept it simple and stayed at home. I am really upset by what they did. I am soooo happy I rented the bouncy house from these folks. They made my 4 year old and her little little friends extremely happy at her birthday party! The kids bounced nonstop!! The website is great, they were very patient and helpful over the phone, they have wonderful selection of bouncy houses at really great prices, and their service is reliable and amazing. They started set up at the local park in Novato even before we arrived to set up. The princess bouncy house was clean and looked brand new, the basketball hoop inside was perfect, little boys didn't care that they were jumping in a princess bounce house, and everyone loved the slide! The bounce house was the highlight of the 4 year old's birthday party I have to call out how the young man who set the bouncy house up went out of his way to add an extra padding to the landing of the slide so the precious little bums of these kids wouldn't get hurt when they land. Much appreciated! Also he was patient when a few straggler kiddies insisted on jumping while he was in the process of taking it down. So they delivered the jump house early and I didn't check it until 3 hours before our party - it was the wrong one! But when I called, Juan picked up right away and said he'd check the order and not to worry, they would fix it. They had a new guy so there was probably a mix up. Sure enough, the guys came back - as cheerful and polite as when they delivered the wrong one - and apologized for the mistake. They quickly deflated the wrong jump house and put the one that I had ordered up. It was clean, and in good working order - I think they must have a new air pump too that was quieter than I remember those things to be. My daughter had a great time with her friends. This is the only jumpy house rental place I use because: - The owner calls me before pick up time to ensure I really want him to pick up the house then. If we need more time, he just comes later. - This place is less expensive than other places that operate in Marin, and you get a bigger house for less money. I rented a large jumpy castle (15x15) with a slide and basketball hoop for $130. Another place wanted $140 for a smaller castle. - They charge only $50 for a generator that lasts all day. Another place I called wanted $50 to rent a generator that lasted only 3 hours but told me I could pay more for a longer lasting one. Rabbit Jump's generator lasted for 7.5 hours today, for $50. I'm really happy we used them today (for the second time in the last year) and I'll definitely use them for the next kid's birthday. read more

There aren't enough positive words to describe Rabbit Jumps and their incredible service! I am a manager at a Pediatrics Practice that had to stage mass vaccination drive-throughs every Saturday at separate locations for 11 weeks. This was a daunting task that was dependent on Rabbit Jumps to supply us with tents of multiple sizes, tables and chairs. They were not just on-time, but early each week, had everything setup exactly as needed at the correct location. They knew exactly what to do week after week, and made our job so much easier, since we simply never had to worry about this aspect of this big operation we were orchestrating each weekend. I rented a popcorn maker machine for my son's birthday party this past weekend, Alondra and her husband were both very nice, the price was right for the popcorn machine which included 3 bags of popcorn. My reservation was technically for Saturday for a 24 hour time period rental, They let me pick it up at 4pm Friday because of my logistical challenges on Saturday. Now that's customer service. Not only did Juan stay in contact when I had any questions, he delivered a very clean, almost new looking bounce house that kept the kids busy for hours. No time limit which was great. His driver was very professional and kept in touch with us throughout the delivery and pickup. I also rented 2 chafing dishes that I would have paid twice the amount if I used the party rental store here in town. I visited their storefront, which is well organized and has anything and everything you could ever think you'd need for a party. Worse service I have ever received. I do not recommend anyone doing business with these people. I had 2 Different graduation parties in the same week. I rented tables, chairs, tablecoths, tent, etc. The first time they brought rectangular tables with round tablecloths and still argued that we had rented the wrong tables. The second time they called me when picking up to tell me that they were going to charge me an additional $25 because I hasn't taken the chair covers off of the chairs. They said that it was on the contract, after reading the contract throughly and realizing it wasn't stated in the contract, the owner called me and instead of apologizing proceeded to tell me that she was going to charge my credit card, even though I had paid in cash, because in her mind even though it wasn't a written policy it was logic. After I asked how come she had taken the chairs with the covers a few days before from the other graduation, she proceeded to finally acknowledge that due to the mistake that she had made by delivering the wrong tables she didn't say anything because she thought that we wouldn't rent from her again. They obviously make mistakes, don't own up to them and want clients to abide to policies that aren't in writing and are never told to customers. It's definitely worth renting from somewhere else! read more
