I went in for a window tinting, to include and ceramic coating. Because they were backed up they took over 4 days for this service. Upon picking up my vehicle, I immediately noticed scratches on the paint. I was slightly annoyed because they called me multiple times after the car was ready to ask when I was coming to pick it up. Only for me to see that the car was not inspected and ready to be delivered. They ended up giving me a discount to make it right and offered to redo. I accepted and was grateful for the acknowledgment. While their services may take longer than I expected, they offer a rental car or Uber service. They end result looked great however I am concerned that no paperwork work warranty is offered. They have areas of improvement for a professional business but the quality of work appears to be great. As suggestions, I would suggest a legit drop off process. When I dropped my car off, no one even asked for my name or phone number. When I picked the car up, I was told about a warranty but not given a detailed receipt or any warranty documents. I had to request this.

I brought my 2023 Toyota Sienna minivan to Paradise for an interior detailing. It was at 58,000…read moremiles and had never been detailed before. I was received courteously, the work was started punctually and completed within the proposed time frame which was 2-4 hours. The results were excellent; by far the best detailing of any vehicle I have ever owned. The carpets were perfectly shampooed, and all areas that could collect grit, such as cup holders, were immaculate! The faux leather seats were perfectly clean. To start the wash, you can plug in quarters or use your card and swipe. When you are done you hit stop. I love this feature. Saw this in AZ and honestly, it makes sense. Some places the countdown beer doesn't work or you need to run from the other side of the car to feed it money. This eliminates that. It looks like it has a nice heating system in there for the colder months and they set up also has a hand dryer which I also saw in AZ. I haven't used that yet but it is intriguing. Overall, the wash cost me $4.50 and I'm cleaning a 4 Runner. Thumbs up to this place.

BEWARE: -- The overwhelming number of 1-star reviews says it…read moreall. -- This business advertises $2.75 for self wash - but this is misleading. Customers are charged for time used - not per wash, as inferred in the advertising. 'STOP' button is meant to stop the wash - but also to stop the charges, but instructions fail to outline charges beyond $2.75 - and does not indicate a specific time limit of any kind before additional charges accrue. (It could be after 5 seconds...who knows?!) The wash capability itself is actually pretty good - but if you do a thorough job, following each step option on the dial, the wash cleverly ends before you can finish. Thus, each wash is actually charged about $16. Re-swiping your card will charge $16 again. Be prepared for a $32 charge for one visit to the self wash. My recent experience: After inquiring why my $2.75 self wash was charged $16 (x2), the (nameless) owner offered to refund only one charge, and tried to scold me via email to suggest I should have understood "The instructions are rather simple, easy to read and easy to follow. " as a customer, this is insulting. They lost me as a customer. I'll never return. I recommend do NOT use this facility. There are much better operations for much less.
