We recently moved an hour away from the car wash and had a billing issue with being charged monthly, even though I thought I had canceled it back several months ago. The general manager, Tony (and employee Mike prior to speaking with Tony) were both EXTREMELY helpful and VERY patient with me and my situation. i explained we had moved an hour away and wouldn't be using them anymore. Even though they knew it would be unusual for us to do business with them in the future because of the logistics, they both were incredibly helpful!!! The men that are in the car wash are so nice and do a good job spraying at the beginning and drying your car at the end. And there is a tip box at the end of the car wash. Real talk, the lines can be long so prepare for that scenario for winter. There isn't really anything they can do when the line goes past DQ. But this honestly doesn't bother me at all--for some it may be an inconvenience. Overall, I recommend.
