I would give a zero if I could. I called enviro care for a rodent issue in my home. My kitchen smelled of mouse urine. When the technician came out, he told me there was absolutely no way the smell was urine and he saw no signs of mice. I called another company who immediately found an area of dried mouse urine and feces and rectified the issue. When I explained this to enviro care, and that I was deeply unhappy with services rendered and would not be paying for the tech coming out and placing a few mouse traps and giving false information without investigating further, a woman named Amanda told me I had to go to court to dispute this. I asked Amanda if there was someone higher up in the company who could help me and she informed me that she was one of the owners of the company. I asked if I could speak to a different owner and she very aggressively told me no, I have to go to court, and hung up on me while I was talking. When I called back, I was told Amanda is nothing more than a customer service representative. Not only did the technician let me down, a customer service representative told me she was a boss of the company and that I had to go to court rather than put me through to someone who could help me. I'm a business owner myself and can't imagine standing by employees like this. read more

I had Envirocare tech Daniel at my house this morning. He arrived to do an exterior spray and upon mentioning some mouse activity in the house was more than happy to come in and help with the situation. He was more than thorough in each area. Cleaning out, assessing and setting new traps. He also went above and beyond by resituating some things in my attic to make the traps more accessible. Things were explained thoroughly and he gave me tips on how to lessen the mouse activity around the house. Daniel is an awesome tech, top notch! Highly recommend Envirocare. read more

We just got sprayed four days ago and it has been the best decision ever. We are able to Come outside anytime a day even during the mid afternoon and evening time with no gnats or mosquitoes. I received back a prompt professional call and we determined over the phone (and a picture I sent) the problem was carpenter bees.
