highly reliable. knowledgeable. gets the job done... and then some…read more just bought a house, and the lawn was torn up for the septic. sprinkler lines were cut. attempted to call the installer and never received a call back. nothing. so, i call the sprinkler guy, and low and behold, he called back that very evening (like he promised). he visited, gave us the low down on what he needed to do- gave us a great price and scheduled us right away. we're still waiting on a call back from installer, and our system is not only fixed - but, rich, the sprinkler guy also walked us through how to use it! he showed us things that we'd never have figured out, and gave us valuable tips on maintenance, and how to get our lawn back on track. on top of all of this good stuff, he's going to close our system at the end of the season for a fraction of the price that the previous owners were paying the original installer. i can't recommend the sprinkler guy enough. just a really good guy, who knows his job very well and has reasonable prices- a dying breed, i'd say. thanks rich! we look forward to seeing you again in the fall! go with this guy. you'll be glad you did.

My system worked well for many years, but about five years ago, it started struggling. At my service calls, I was told that I had water pressure issues, or issues with tree roots... but nothing was ever changed or fixed. Well... today the serviceman actually adjusted my water pressure, and low and behold my system works better than it has in YEARS. Very pleased.

Hector was the gentleman that gave me the quote and did the work. He was super nice, they did a full sprinkler system install in 1 day. He showed me how to use the app, adjust the heads, and they put down grass seed when done. Also they accidentally cracked one of my blue stones but they replaced it within a few days of the job. I should have caught this, but it's not the kind of thing I have to worry about and I want to work with a company that I can trust to make a sensible suggestion. When they activated the my sprinklers earlier this season, they told me that I needed a new filter--when the service person realized he didn't have the part in the truck, he told me that I actually don't need the filter replaced. I entered into a contract with this company to provide lawn treatment to me. My lawn has a good amount of random grasses and weeds. It looked passable but I wanted to see if Morgan's could help it look better. The first treatment began in April. As the summer went on, the lawn looked okay but I didn't see any significant change and I had just as much Nutsedge as I did before with the front lawn looking the worst. I was told that I had a lot of Kyllinga which supposedly is a problem grass/weed which seems to be everywhere in Toms River specifically Holiday City. Okay whatever. So I was then told about the options of seeding, etc. to really improve my lawn, blah blah blah. I made it abundantly clear that I was in no way interested in paying anymore money to try to improve the lawn. It is what it is and between the deer crap and the ant hills, it just wasn't worth it to me. As long as it was green and okay to look at, I didn't care what kind of grass it was. I was more annoyed at the nutsedge than anything else since it sticks up much further than the rest of the lawn. So now we're down to around the second week in August and I'm getting the last treatment before the final Fall one. I come home on August 21st from work and I find half of my front lawn is rust/orange in color and looked like someone put some kind of poison over my front lawn (see pics). I was horrified to say the least. I immediately contacted Morgans and asked what happened. I was told that that treatment was done to kill the Kyllinga which I never agreed to do. So now the arguing goes back and forth and this owner is by far one of the rudest people I've ever met. Total disrespect and disregard; no accountability. The end result.....they had to seed for free because I certainly wasn't paying for their screw up. You do that to someone's lawn without their knowledge so you can force them into paying for additional services, seeding, etc.? Had I been told that that treatment was going to do that to my lawn, I would have said forget it!!!!!!! Now I have the worst looking lawn on the block. In addition, when they came to do the freebie for me, they cracked one of my sprinkler pipes. Great, now I have to deal with this guy again. I took a video, sent it to him and asked him how he wanted to proceed. Lucky for him, he sent someone that Monday to fix it. All in all, I spent almost $400 for a lawn that looks like the last two pics I'm going to post which I took a few minutes ago.

He left without solving problem, charging me $36244. And if I want them to continue to solve this particular problem, it will cost me an ADDITIONAL $442.34 !!!!! Unacceptable!! (They even had audacity to write their OWN review of technician's work, pretending that I wrote that review!) OUTRAGEOUS!!
