Your team are dedicated employees and handled interruptions from residents in a friendly manner. The residents in our building are impressed with the job. The repair comprised of removing all the pavers for 12-14 feet, leveling in order to pitch the water retention toward the open area. With a building 40 years old, matching the older pavers was a pleasant surprise to see how closely matched they were. As the Vice President of Bimini Association, I had to relay how happy and appreciative they are with the professional job. No one would ever know that a huge section of repair. The residents especially the residents that were affected by the 3" collection of water from heavy rains that did not dissipate for several days. Obviously, it was imperative that it was done because standing water was a safety hazard. Your company had also done a complete renovation in one of my units on the top floor. I am remiss not taking the time to show my appreciation on behalf of the building residents an myself. The level of professionalism for your team and yourself was outstanding. I t is refreshing to see the owner coming out daily to inspect the progress and the quality of the work performed. Every day whether it was the repair of the major renovation, all the building rules were followed. Your workers made sure on each job you do that the public areas are clean when they leave. They have NO SHOWED on 4 separate occasions, over a period of 3 weeks. They do not answer the phone or they tell you they're on their way and then never show up. Leaving you sitting around waiting for hours / days / weeks. I feel that I have been more than patient but have still been unable to get the job completed. I have taken multiple days off work and rearranged my schedule to make the days they rescheduled work and then nobody shows up. My house has been torn apart for weeks due to the ongoing scheduling issues. They have left me no choice than to post reviews of this experience and file a complaint. Additionally, within minutes of me and my partner leaving a Google Review they tried to report the review stating that we were not even clients, even though we have screenshots of everything, including all calls, text conversations, and the Zelle payments amounting to $850. Additionally, we just found out that their license is VOID and they are unlicensed - claiming License # 17-P-20764-X and CC # 23-DL-22957-X - 7/22 Wednesday - spoke to office and scheduled the job. - My job was originally scheduled for 9:30am Friday 7/31 - Saturday 8/1. - 7/31 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and texted all day Friday. Kept being told someone would be here within 1-2 hours. Nobody ever came. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/7 - Saturday 8/8. - 8/7 Friday - Trey showed up. - 8/8 Saturday - Nobody showed up. Again, I called and texted all day with little to no responses. Saturday night at 7:30pm Wayne showed up and said it would take him at least 5 hours to complete - that would've been 1am. He left and said someone would come back Monday. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Monday 8/10. - 8/10 Monday - Trey showed up late around 11am. He stayed and worked through the day, however, did not get the ceiling to a smooth finish and decided to paint it anyway. I pointed out all of the bubbles and cracks and he attempted to repair while the paint was still wet. Obviously this did not work. I called the owner, David, and expressed my concerns and was told it would be fixed. It was not. - My job was then rescheduled for 9:30am Friday 8/14. - 8/14 Friday - Nobody showed up. I called and spoke to the office. She said the crew was dropping someone off and that they were on their way. She stated someone would be here before Noon. Still nobody showed up. I have been calling and texting all day with no response from the owner or the office!

Many years ago, I used G&J Painting (John Silva and Guillermo Silva are the owners) for the outside…read moreof my house, and I was satisfied with the result. When it came time to paint the inside of my house, since they did a satisfactory job on the outside, I decided to use them for the inside as well. BIG MISTAKE! Painting the outside of the house was much easier and faster than the inside as they sprayed the outside. When it came to the inside of the house, they rolled, and that takes a lot more skill and preparation, both of which they lacked. There were three main issues/problems with the project: 1. G&J Painting damaged the header box/headrail of one of my expensive Hunter Douglas window coverings, which cannot be replaced as the fabric color is no longer available. They dripped gray paint onto white fabric, and instead of gently removing it, they attempted to "scrub" it off, totally damaging the fabric on the header box/headrail, as shown in the picture provided. 2. They did not tape any areas whatsoever. For example, where one color was used for the wall (grey) and another for the ceiling (white), they should have used tape to separate the colors, but did not. Instead, they attempted to paint freehand, and as you can see, the grey wall paint ended up on the ceiling because there was no straight line created by the tape. Tape was not used and should have been. This was an issue in many locations within the house. 3. They were careless and messy and dripped paint on furniture covers, office furniture, and other places, as shown in the pictures. Based on the above three issues, I will never use G&J Painting again and recommend that you don't either!!

I so far hired them to clean my apartment from a shower valve leak, and for emergency drying of my walls following a broken water heater. They are knowledgeable and also super punctual and friendly, which made the experience easier. I strongly recommend them for any mold remediation services.

Why not ask me to see if the building department has any information on my garage door he needed at inspection? , Since he doesn't do it himself ? He mapped just one (1) major issue: the roof needed to be completely redone. Now, several months later, I feel obligated to give him only 2 stars due to the poor job done. You can use this review to include my issues listed here as bullet points for your next inspection. I spent more the US 7,000 to fix several things that - if I knew upfront - would prevent me to buy the home in the first place. - Bathroom 1 had a broken bathtub drain beyond repair and a leaking old toilet, what leaded me to remove the old bathtub and toilet and renovate the whole thing. - Bathroom 2 had another broken toilet and a plastic shower floor detaching from the ground and causing leaking. Full of mold too. I needed to renovate this unit too. - Electrical system was poorly wired and loads were not properly balanced, making the circuit breaker trip every single time I have to much stuff on. Several code violations too. It cost me a lot to fix this. - A/C ducts were full with mold, dust and debris, making my wife and daughter sick 1 month after we moved on. - Dishwasher was broken and leaking dirty water. - Several power outlets were not working, even after the inspector report said they were. That's it.
