Win Home inspection is a nation wide franchise and an easy way for a bad inspector to look good…read morefrom those inspectors that are good.  Seeing the reviews are franchise ones let me tell you that Scott that bought the WIN Home Inspection franchise in Dove New Hampshire is the worst so don't believe the google reviews on his website seeing they are linked to the franchise google reviews and that aren't his.  He inspects a home and states things wrong that aren't and will write have a professional look at it making you feel that everything is wrong and you have to hire all kinds of people from electricians to plumbers.  He thinks he's smart because he went and bought some Home Depot readers that he has a clue.  Don't give up buying a home because this guy wants to nitpick what could be your future home.  Trust me there are great home inspectors out there, but this guy isn't one of them.
