Yesterday my grandson had orders for blood work. The place was empty except for receptionist. First…read morething she said was dogs aren't allowed. I said she is a service dog. She asked what my disability was. I have many but told her severe PTSD. First thing out of her mouth was those dogs aren't allowed in here. She is a registered service dog. I tried to give her my dogs ID card and registration certificate. She refused to look at it and asked me to leave the building. My dog is a Chihuahua that is trained to be a service dog. I told the woman all hospitals and doctors offices allow her in. I've never had any problems with her in appointments. She then decided if I didn't leave she would call the cops. I was extremely upset and asked her was she was being a " bitch" to me and asked if she just hated dogs. I left the building and called my attorney. My grandson then came out and said the lady changed her mind and we are now welcome to come in. I went in for a second to tell her my grandson's labs were sent electronically and she then snapped at me stating "I'm looking". Needless to say we left and I had his doctor mail them so we can go to Labcorp instead. Supervisor called me today apologizing for the receptionist but I will NEVER go back there.

Though the test was not court ordered, she helped me feel as ease by letting me know that being proactive about the situation would work in my favor. She works with credible labs that most businesses in my area use for their employees and had heard of or used previously. Lynn even took the time and responsibility to contact my lawyer with the results of my test so I didn't have to. Saving me a couple of steps was so helpful to me because I was already so stressed with the custody battle ahead of me and wild accusations of my ex. She made me comfortable, cared for, and she explained every step of the process before we started. Her rates are great as well and much less than what I was anticipating. Though I hope I don't HAVE to use her services again, if I need them, I know exactly where I'm going. I recommend her not only for individuals in similar situations but also to employers looking to test potential or current employees for drug screening.

Very impersonal. You are greeted by a kiosk where you sign in. No employee facing public to answer…read moresimple questions. I always hand carrying a printed copy of orders. Labs have been drawn frequently over past 7 months. Multiple times an order was missed or a sample wasn't attached to the order. So when the tests results enter the portal for viewing one is missing so then I have to call Labcorp to get the error fixed. It delays the lab results by at least a day. Which delays medical decisions and treatment plans. Also very difficult to get in touch with supervisor who always tells me it's an education issue for the phlebotomist and that person will be informed. Regardless this same error continues to occur. I have started to ask the phlebotomist to double check all orders which is not always appreciated by the phlebotomist.
