I trusted them and they would use their judgement to clean what I might have missed. They entered the house alone without anyone else watching. The charged me 3 men X 4.25 hours for over $860. I had no idea what they have done. The next day I went over to the home to inspect. To my surprise, not too much has been done (I have gifted vivid memory and I have been painting and cleaning the place for weeks right before they came) They did clean the top of the fridge and un-necessarily vacuumed the carpet (which was professionally shampooed 2 months before and no body live in since) So I asked them to provide a list of tasks they have done. They texted me back with a list of lies: 1. oven washed and cleaned ((this is a lie, the range was brand new and never used)) 2. Outlets and light switches wiped ((these items were removed and washed by me after new paint 2 days before)) 3. Windows tracks washed Window sills washed ((this is a lie, new paint applied to windows 2 days before)) 4. Hard floors washed ((this is a lie or un-necessary job, the small hard floor had been washed 2 days before)) 5. Light fixtures washed ((this is a lie, the light fixture over dinning area had been deep cleaned 2 months before. And after they "washed" I can see dust all over it)) 6. Showers and bathtub washed cleaned ((this is a lie, nothing is cleaned, the shower glass door and bottom are the same. even worse they left lots of sands in the tub and I have to clean myself)) The list goes on and on.

She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. And to be honest, we are same as other cleaning peoples, struggling to find clients, also dealing with issues that we face everyday. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason. I don't appreciate tactics like this that have wasted a lot of my time and also made it seem like my request was unreasonable, or that I don't trust them. They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned.
