They spent about 1.5 hours getting everything done which seemed super quick to me. That included cleaning my bathroom, baseboards, laundry machines, dishwasher, oven, toaster oven, sinks, kitchen, and living room (including vacuuming and mopping). They were so fast and efficient. The rates are super affordable ($50/hr per person) and I ended up paying around $230 for everything. Overall, I definitely recommend this company for any cleaning services. They exceeded my expectations in terms of how clean my appliances are. I appreciate that they listened and took care of everything I mentioned. She then replies: 'Let me tell you that we are small family company, we have only 4 people working. We do make mistakes like breaking peoples stuff, using wrong products we don't have to use etc. if you're thinking that we are not trusted,or dishonest, we can't work together in the future even if we show you an insurance and bond.' If you're the owner of a business, you should be able to quickly provide proof of your the insurance and bond you say your business has. Doesn't seem like Tula is willing to do this for some reason.
