It's ideal to have the same crew every time @ the scheduled time. After trying out 3 other household cleaning & help services over a 5 years time frame this is the best we have discovered & employed. The billing process is seamless & very accurate. We have learned that you must spell out whats expected & demand just that every engagement or visit. We chose every 2 weeks with the rare occasion something non-routine like help to flip or turn mattresses, dust ceiling light fixtures, etc. The employees of Four Seasons are always willing to help with the unexpected. It makes me super sad to leave this review as we really liked the girls who we worked with for our house cleaning services the past few months. Out of blue, about two weeks ago, we started having major issues with this company including no-shows where the cleaners never arrived; we have the confirmation emails as well they sent us for these cleanings. On one of these days, I texted the company (who has read receipts on so I know they read them) letting them know no one arrived and we wanted to make sure we didn't get charged - we were super polite as we understand mistakes happen. Yet, they read those texts over a week ago now and never replied. Over the course of the last about 10 days, we have sent three emails to their main booking email address as well as Nancy (who helps with scheduling) to reschedule our cleaning that was missed and move around two other booking dates we had scheduled for the following month. No replies. No acknowledgment of the missed cleaning. No reply to us trying to reschedule it. Nothing. My husband and I are actually very confused as we have never complained about a single cleaning, never late cancelled, and have always paid on time. I was hoping to avoid this review and hoping a team member from Four Seasons Cleaning would reach out or reply to us, but now that over a week has passed, I'm not sure that will happen. If I could give this company negative stars, I would, and that's not something I say lightly. We used to use them for regular cleanings for our townhome in Seattle, but they kept arriving outside of the agreed upon scheduled window of time (once arriving 2.5 hours outside of the window!). Communication with the workers was always challenging because this company hires mostly Spanish-speaking only workers who don't speak a lick of English. Because we got different cleaners each week, we'd have to try and explain all over again the areas we wanted them to focus on with the help of apps like Google Translate. Needless to say, we moved on to another cleaning company fairly quickly after a brief trial with this company. Fast forward a couple of years later. We needed a company to do a deep clean for us before moving into a new home, which our then cleaning company was not able to provide. We decided to give Four Seasons a second chance and booked them for the deep clean. To say the deep clean was a complete joke would be kind. The two cleaners they sent, neither of whom didn't speak a word of English, did not meet the standards of even a basic clean after cleaning for 3 hours. There were dust balls under and around the refrigerator, in the corners of all the cabinets, and plenty of places left completely untouched including appliances such as the washer. After 15-20 minutes of walking on the floors, the bottoms of my feet were dark and the socks on my child's feet were dirty. I did my own sweep of the floor with a swiffer, and easily pulled up dirty from the floor. We emailed and called Janice, the President of the company, to complain. She turfed the issue to her assistant, Nancy, who offered two options: either a $50 refund (which is laughable given how dirty the entire place still was) or a repeat clean (which we also didn't want, given our complete distrust in their ability to do a sufficient clean). Long story short, after my brief conversation with Nancy, in which I requested to speak with the President, Janice, she immediately hung up the phone and charged my credit card on file for $580, even though the agreed upon price was $480 (since they discovered that they could not reach our skylights). So not only did they charge me for a full deep clean, despite knowing how dissatisfied we were, they charged us for $100 beyond the agreed upon price. I reached out multiple times to Janice to try and resolve this issue and it's been crickets ever since. She has refused to address this matter, and this charge is now in dispute with my credit card company. The lack of professionalism, dishonesty, and lack of integrity by this company is astounding. They might initially draw you in by what appear to be reasonable prices, but they are con artists who have no qualms taking people's money for services that they are completely unqualified to offer. I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau, and suggest you look elsewhere for your cleaning needs. read more

We used this cleaning service this past Monday to clean our townhouse for an upcoming visit with family. The women were very nice and over all did a good job on cleaning. However, they showed up very late to the appointment and damaged all 3 of our toilets by using bleach on them-- it's ok accidents happen. We put an inquiry in with the company and they apologized for the issue and said that they would be purchasing us new toilet seats. They then called back the next day stating that they didn't use bleach and the stains were already there-- they weren't. Mistakes happen, and I understand wanting to trust your employees but this caused roughly $100 worth of damages and a company should factor in that there will be human error and when that happens not put it back on the costumers. There is absolutely no way these stains were there previously. I would not want a company in my home that would damage my property and then lie about it. read more

I signed up for monthly cleaning with Four Seasons and they came out a few times before contacting me saying they were understaffed and had to suspend my service for the next quarter. They are still offering new client specials on their website so I wouldn't suggest anyone sign up with them right now due to the unreliability. In addition, I had other issues working with the company. The first time they were out they were cleaning a ceiling light and their duster caught fire setting off my fire alarm (luckily no damage other than the bulb that had to be replaced). They also wouldn't follow up on special requests we had for cleaning-- every time I called in advance for the requests they indicated they could do so (perhaps for an additional charge which I was OK with), but they "forgot" about the extra items every time they came out. read more

I'm not in the habit of writing negative reviews but I feel a sense of obligation to warn others from dealing with this company. Their cleaners are mostly fine, hard working Hispanic women. The problem lies with the management. They cleaned our house over the course of several months. We had agreed to four hours of cleaning at $260.00. (They require credit card information prior to cleaning). This worked out pretty well until suddenly, after the most recent cleaning, I was charged $390.00 without any prior notification. When I called to inquire about this dramatic increase I was told that the additional time was suddenly necessary even though our house was in the exact same condition it has always been. (Only my husband and I live there and we clean the house every week). When I mentioned that the cleaners were only there for five hours instead of six, they reluctantly agreed to refund me for one hour ($65). They never did. When I called to follow up, Nancy the office manager, was nowhere to be found and Ana, who answered the phone said she would call me back. She never did. They were recommended to me by Angie's List with whom I had had success in the past. I now wish I had read ALL their reviews before I hired them. If you do you will see that I haven't been the only one who's been scammed and misled by this highly unprofessional company. read more

They have some customer service issues-their staff didn't even follow their own business model. They did a deplorable job cleaning my place. Which I had to clean myself after they left (dusted, mopped and revaccummed). The 2nd time their office dropped the ball, never followed up with me but charged me both times. They do give their staff bennies which I like to support businesses that take care of their employees, however the execution is not up to par for me. Our experience with this cleaning service really was bad from start to finish. The ease of scheduling online was very nice but they give you a two hour window. Well our window was 11-1pm. They showed up a little after 3pm. The group that showed up was fast but they failed to be careful and dropped their vacuum down our stairs not once but twice. Damaging some of our stairs and on top of that they forgot to clean the fridge. We have decided to try other more professional companies. UPDATE: Anna pretended not to know what I was talking about. Owner sent a text that they were coming to my house to try to 'fix things' at 3:30pm but nobody at my house is home to do that. Anna claimed I needed to let them fix things since she 'guaranteed' the service. I said I had no further business but to verify they weren't going to charge me to which she replied "You know, the cleaner told me the condition of your house and we should have just told you no". Anna also said the cleaner complained that the kitchen was being used when the cleaner arrived which of course it was - the cleaner showed up 3 hours early. I asked for Anna to get off the phone and put me in touch with the owner to which she said the owner doesn't have time for a call (but they can come univited to my house apparently). Anna completly ignored what was decided to be done and acted as though I should have been happy with what I got. I was going to wait to see if they were going to charge me for the service before going to the BBB but at this point I'm not waiting. Called and said I needed a deep cleaning as I have an appraisal coming up. Was quoted 65/person/hour - 2 ppl for 4-5 hours (it has been about 4 months since I last had somebody to clean - which I told them). The appt was for 4/6 and I was told they would show up between 12-2. Day off service, 1 person shows at 9:30 (thank goodness somebody was home then) and they didn't clean anything close to deep. I've only seen my main floor so far and the pictures are below. I have NEVER been more upset. I do not have any time to get anybody else in to clean before my appraisal. My family trialed this service and found them sorely lacking in service, reliability and timeliness. There was a different team of ladies at each visit so it was impossible to know if they were aware of what we wanted cleaned from visit to visit. Also, they showed up at different times, left prior to the 2 hours that we were charged for and twice ignored entire rooms of our home, even leaving a dead insect in plain sight. They also left their cleaning gear at our home twice. When Nancy, the office manager (?) did respond to my concerns, she offered a complimentary clean (x2) and then sent me a bill months after I terminated their services. It took two additional requests for followup to even get a reply, and still didn't get an answer to the questions, just a short confirmation of the date of my appointment, which I already knew. I've used multiple housekeeping services in recent years and this service is overpriced even if they do excellent work! Not the sort of cleaning service you want to work with. I got an emailed quote from Marcelo Janice (the owner of the business), which I wanted to discuss first. Called them and spoke with Ana. Just on the onset, she seemed the most stiff person you could possibly speak to. It's one thing to not budge from your quote (which is fine by all means because at the end of the day business is about making money) but the way this lady spoke was plain rude.
