The Employees are Wonderful! I can Honestly say that going to Physiotherapy Works has changed my life. I thought that I'd never be able to regain the stability that I lost after having multiple knee surgeries. Their Physical Therapists and Interns from UCF are Phenomenal! They took the time to understand my individual needs, then created a program to address it. I've been seen many times for different reasons over the last two years; they've given me the exercises and made sure that I understood how to do them at home using bands and home objects. Their Physical Therapists use their ingenuity when creating a program that can be started at the PT office then transitioned to home exercises with adjustable difficulty.

The therapist was friendly, but even after explaining that my back hurt and asking for deep tissue, the pressure stayed light. It felt more like a 30 min relaxation massage which I had paid for 60 min. Overall, I left disappointed, lack of communication, transparency, and value. Unfortunately, I will never be back.

I was skeptical at first, but after several sessions with the professional therapists, and doing the homework exercises, I was doing better and not having the daily imbalance episodes. They were definitely getting less and less frequent. Now after two months going through the sessions with these very knowledgeable therapists, I am not having these episodes at all. What a relief it is. The therapy really does work! Everyone of the staff who I had the privilege of working with through my problems was wonderful. They were personable and would explain every step of the sessions to me. I cannot thank these folks enough for giving me back my stability and confidence.
