Very quite lady but very personal, professional, and gentle (she can adjust the pressure of your choice) in giving me my massage. They do watch you write the tip just to say thank you. If you want anything specific you need to request. I let them know I wanted deep tissue but not too hard and pressure was perfect the whole time. There are not a lot of boundaries in this massage meaning it does include the butt in open air. I undressed and started face down. At first the massage started underneath the sheet (no skin contact) but then round two was uncovered and she asked if oil was okay. Then she put the sheet back on and grabbed a hot towel. The massage and wipe down was pretty aggressive but possibly because I asked for firmer. There was privacy while I flipped over and at the end she offered me a water bottle. I left feeling relaxed (she found knots I didn't know I had) and happy to support a local business
