After months of physical therapy following a car accident in 1994 I dreaded the idea of going back, but after having three disks fused in my neck in 2014 and still having daily headaches and pain a year later I decided to give it another chance. Saylor is totally different than anything I had expected! In the past I had to re-explain my symptoms at almost every visit and my therapist was going back and forth between patients but at Saylor you see the same therapist every time you go and the whole time is devoted to just you. I really lucked out with my therapist Christine! Within a few weeks my headaches were almost gone and I could turn my head without spasms in my neck. Christine is also helping me with my low back and sciatic nerve pain in my legs. I cannot say enough about how great Saylor is! I still have a ways to go, but now instead of thinking of physical therapy as something I have to do, it is something I want to do! read more

If I could give a higher rating, I would. Excellent, does not begin to describe the level of customer care and expertise I experienced during my visit at Saylor Physical Therapy. When I walked through their doors, I was greeted by the kindest people especially my therapist Sahil Gandhi. He made me feel welcomed, respected, and valued. When I first came to him, they could see that I was in bad shape. Sahil Gandhi sat me down and took his time to find out where my pain/issues were. He even taught me different stretching and strengthening home exercises allowing me to work at my own pace at home. Just one month later my family and friends can see the tremendous improvement all because of the treatment I have received by my therapist Sahil Gandhi. After researching every physical therapy facility in the area, I was so fortunate to have discovered Saylor Therapy. They were the only facility I could find that had a therapist with experience treating nerves. After a traumatic accident and broken leg, I developed CRPS. Very few, if any, therapists had the knowledge or experience to deal with this rare and complex nervous system type injury. Marissa at Saylor is amazing. Her experience, knowledge, and hands-on approach is very integral in my recovery. Saylor Therapy assigns a therapist to each patient, so you have a one-on-one experience. The admin department is very professional and will always give you a reminder call. A year ago I suffered a brain aneurysm and with the grace of God, I made it. In the aftermath of this ordeal I started getting lots of head pressure with headaches and neck pain. My neurologist recommended PT and wow! what a difference it made. In only 6 sessions, Ms. Heather Kennedy performed a miracle. . Heather is extremely professional, hardworking, smart and super friendly. She made me feel so comfortable and gave me hope. I now practice the exercises she recommended with the bands and foam roller I purchased at home. The place is super clean and beautiful. It is decorated with a beach scenery atmosphere that makes you want to go to the beach. And, last but not least, the front desk staff is very friendly indeed. read more

I have been a patient with Saylor Physical Therapy since I had shoulder surgery just before Thanksgiving, I also had pain from frozen shoulder. Dr, Meghan was wonderful with the program she developed for me. I feel so much better. Being able to wash and dry and blow dry my hair was a big accomplishment for me!!! The staff are not only professional but they are so kind and caring and very friendly. I felt like iI was with a big family when I was there. I do recommend Saylor for anyone that needs PT and I also recommend Dr, Meghan!! I do admit that I am really going to miss everyone when it is time for me leave!! read more

This place is amazing! I had been treated before for my Ankle at Cora Rehab and I felt like I was just another number. Except for receptionist she was very personable. After that experience I didn't believe in Physical Therapy b/c I felt like you would never get personalized service. I went to Saylor Physical Therapy and I was so very amazed at the service I recieved. Megan was extremly professional and she took her time working with me. I learned about Saylor PT from my dad, who met you at a senior wellness event. At the event, a consultation was offered free. I have been suffering with back pain from weight training. Dr.Allyson Nelson spent time listening and diagnosing my problem. After two treatments, I'm already feeling better. I've been given a comprehensive list of stretches to do on my own, Dr. Nelson demonstrated each movement and had me perform them for any adjustments. I have been to several physical therapy clinics and I have never experienced 1 on 1 treatment for the full hour. The therapists are very focused on caring/providing attention for the patient. I received care from Katlin at this facility and she was extremely attentive and gave me the plenty of time to master my exercises. I did rehab at this clinic after having an MPFL Reconstruction surgery. At first I was scared but the staff are very welcoming and friendly. I always have fun and enjoy working with my Physical Therapist Johanna. The clinic is very clean and has a lot of space to do all the exercises necessary.
