Very disappointed in Evista's unwillingness to work with us after we had a large vehicle loan with them that we fully paid off after 3 months, but because our payoff was not in the grace period they said it was unacceptable to work with us in taking the late fee off even after we had called them and explained the situation prior. So now we have a credit score mark from them from ONE payment, even though the loan was completely paid off. Not a good way to keep customers continued business. read more

I live on a fixed income. In November of 2024 Envista and Harrison Family motors, promised, I was purchasing a good vehicle. Envista knew of my financial status. 5 months later the auto broke down in Phoenix,Az. They then made it look like I was delinquent on my payments and threatened to repossess the auto. I told them they could have it back. It was still in Phoenix as of September 2025. Now it is affecting my credit status! I live on a fixed income...with no vehicle now! ***BE CAREFUL WITH ENVISTA*** I've had a horrible experience thanks to their policy of only releasing the title of your vehicle upon request after you have paid off your car loan. I made my car payments for five years with no issues on my end and was very excited to have it finally paid off. Fast forward a year and a half later, and I moved from Kansas to Missouri. That meant I needed to register my vehicle in a new state. It's also when I realized that I didn't have the title for my car because Envista never released it or sent it to me. Thus began a long, frustrating journey. They initially sent a lien release off to the state of Kansas to get a title sent to me and said it should only take a week. Weeks later I still hadn't received it. When I called back to check on it, they realized that Envista submitted it with the wrong address even though I had submitted my information correctly. By this point, I've been driving on expired tags because I couldn't start the process of getting registered in Missouri without the title to my vehicle. Now, Envista told me they would submit it to Missouri, but when I went to a Missouri DMV they told me Kansas would have to create the title. After more phone calls taking valuable time out of my day, I figured out my only options were to either drive two hours to where I used to live or drive an hour to Topeka to get the title created. Long story short: I now have to drive two hours, use PTO, and spend gas money simply to get the title that should have been given to me when I finished paying off the car loan years ago. All while driving on expired tags and all because of their unwillingness to give me the title after five years of on time payments (an absolutely ridiculous policy) and their own mistake in submitting my address. Do NOT use Envista unless you want to deal with this massive headache. I wasn't kidding when I told them over the phone I'd send them an invoice for my gas to Topeka and any tickets that I get for driving on expired tags. You have plenty of other options, and I'd highly suggest using them. read more

Awful experience. I had several accounts with them for disabled individuals. Employees and managers were difficult and unprofessional when trying to work through issues caused by their software update. I left them and could never recommend them to anyone. read more

I can honestly say this was the best Car Buying experience I have ever had. Yes, I said Car Buying was a BREEZE. Lynn Brown is so amazing. I just love her. She's ON IT. Every phone call, every email she's right there with you.... guiding you through what you need for her and the dealership. I was literally only in the dealership a TOTAL of 2 hours. You all know that buying a car and using dealership financing is a 5-7 hour day at the dealership. DO NOT USE DEALERSHIP FINANCING! Use Envista! Better Service... Who are you going to call for help with dealership financing? Wouldn't you rather be able to pick up the phone and call, get a human on the phone. I just can't say enough about Lynn. I recently went into this branch and spoke with Bryan Bickford (Assistant Branch Manager) about getting financed for a new vehicle. I was working with Brigg's Kia at the time and Envista had turned down Brigg's first proposal for financing on the vehicle I wanted. So I went in personally and spoke with Bryan Bickford, about what needed to happen to make this deal work where Envista would approve it? Bryan told me that if Brigg's would give me more for my trade in, they could do the deal, cause he felt that Brigg's wasn't giving me a fair amount for my trade in due to the book value on the vehicle, which I did appreciate. Brigg's could not match the trade in amount asked by Envista, so I went to Lawrence Kia and they were willing to match the trade amount asked by Envista. So I called Bryan Bickford and gave him the good news. He then tells me that they there's too much negative equity to do the deal, and if I can get them to agree on a sale price that's $4000 or less above the retail value of the vehicle I wanted to buy, they could do the deal. So Lawrence Kia agreed on those terms, and I called Bryan Bickford back to confirm on the deal and financing. He then tells me that they don't want to do the loan unless Lawrence Kia sells the car at retail value including the negative equity. So now I'm on to what games Bryan Bickford and Envista CU are playing. They don't wanna tell me no, they just wanna make the deal so impossible that Lawrence Kia will back out, so the Envista CU doesn't have to say no or look like the bad party in all this. Needless to say I had a few choice words with Bryan Bickford and told him that I would get financed through another lender and that I never ever wanted to deal with Envista CU again. What's very aggravating, is that yes my credit score was low, but it was rising cause I've been rebuilding my credit, but my payment history with Envista CU was perfect with no late payments. I've had 5 loans with Envista CU over the years. 1 personal loan and 4 auto loans, and I've always paid on time and paid more than the minimum amount to get the principal paid down as quickly as possible. Znd that's the thanks I got for being a loyal, dependable, valuable customer. I moved my savings and checking accounts to another Credit Union a year ago cause I saw changes in Envista CU that I didn't like, but this was a last ditch effort to see if Envista CU would step up for me or just treat me like another account number and they failed miserably. Word to the wise, don't bank here if you don't have perfect credit, or you like a small town bank environment, cause all you are is a number to these people and that's it. I would give them zero stars if I could but I had to post at least one star to leave this review. read more
