Went in for a Deluxe Pedicure. It was wonderful, relaxing, calf massage was wonderful, as were the warm towels. Tech was so nice, asked before doing anything. Didn't do gel, did regular polish. It doesn't pop much and just looks meh. But the service as a whole was really good. read more

Gelx nails applied incorrectly, my nails were sloped up causing a gap between my natural nail and gelx nails, creating a breeding ground for bacteria to grow. Manager said thats the way they should be, clearly he doesn't know how they should look. I insisted they remove them at first he tried to charge me until I refused to pay for their incompetence. Horrible service- I have been going here for 10+ years with no issues but some of their techs are so lazy and are not good at what they do. They are not even paying attention half the time and rush the process. I left yesterday with glue on my hand and paint all over my hand but didn't notice till I was done driving home. She didn't shape my nails at all- The color was completley off as well- none of the colors match what the book says. When I called them to give feedback and they told me to come back in tomorrow to get my nails. I absolutely love this nail salon. It's always clean, welcoming, and very efficient, and I really appreciate that they're constantly adding new colors to choose from. The person who did my pedicure (Trcy) was sloppy and rushed -- he didn't even clean under my nails properly. The person who did my gel manicure (Mary) also seemed rushed, and the quality of the work showed it. On my first visit, they had me wash my hands before applying polish and finished with cuticle oil -- none of that happened this time. 45 minutes for a pedicure and a gel manicure (done separately) is way too fast, and it felt rushed from start to finish. It was my first time coming to Envy Nails, I asked for a dip powder manicure with tips and some designs. One of the technicians who did my nails sat in the front by the entrance and gave me a very bad experience. She rushed the entire job and the designs look terrible as if a little kid drew them. The nail technician said he could do it, but in the end he either did not understand or know how to do the service that was requested. If I could rate this place a 0, I would. I showed one of the women a picture to go off of and she told me it'd be $70. Half way through the service, she upped it to $80. I was fine with this until she didn't follow the photo I showed her AT ALL. For reference, it was a small, simple, and blue design and she proceeded to add YELLOW and made it much bigger and on the wrong portions of my nails. The design is messy and my nails are all crooked. For this work, I'd be fine with MAYBE $50. Instead, I had to pay $85 With a $10 tip. I immediately went into my car and sobbed after this. Got my nails done here a few months ago. Chose this nice pink dip powder and I think, overall, they turned out well and they lasted a very long time. My only disappointment was that I showed my nail tech a picture of a design I wanted to see if she could do it at the beginning of the appointment. She said she could and applied my pink dip. After that she said she actually couldn't do the design and I needed to pick something else. I wish she would have told me that at the beginning as I would've picked a different dip color/design. I usually love Envy, but I'm giving them 3 stars because they are entirely inconsistent. I've been a regular here since opening day, and though they are a clean and modern looking spa, results vary based on who does your nails. I try to call ahead and make an appointment with my preferred employee, but if I ever do a walk in, I am almost always disappointed. My shape often comes out uneven, and I find my gel manicures lifting and peeling much earlier than they should for some reason. That being said, when I get my preferred nail artist, I always come out happy and with beautiful nails. They are most definitely overpriced though. But, if you're looking for an upscale feel in a place that is concerned about your safety and their cleanliness during these times, then this is a great place! Update: I went back to Envy with an appointment and a request and my nails turned out great! So here is my take. Very nice atmosphere. The people who work seem to be oblivious to the fact that the customers are humans and interaction is essential. My last four experiences have been less than great. One the polish came off after I got home and was actually gooey. I had to take it off and reapply. The girl that did my pedi today was literally screaming in her foreign language non stop most of the entire pedicure. I'm not sure anyone at one point was even listening or conversing. Then after a while others joined in and then there were four people screaming It was anything but relaxing. The pedicure was 50 dollars and for that I had to go outside and sit in my car to calm down. I just don't get it. They have a great place and I keep seeing people say it's just chaos. Envy has become my go-to nail salon in the area. I highly recommend their dipped nails, as well as their pedicures. They take their time with you and make sure everything looks perfect before letting you go. There have been a couple cases where I have broken a nail, and they have even repaired it at no charge. I also love the very clean and trendy atmosphere. I usually just walk-in without an appointment and have never had to wait more than a few minutes. They also have a TON of colors to choose from - regular polish, gel, and dipped! You can join their rewards program, too, which gives you points for each time you come in, and those points turn into money off of future appointments. I had a mani pedi which the guy finished in like 40 minutes which was rushed. Although he was nice and did a good job in my pedicure, I did not love my manicure. My french tip was crooked in some fingers and it looked awkward since I requested for round nails instead of square. I prefer when they take their time to pamper you and make sure that your feet are well scrubbed. I did not get this feeling from this salon as it felt like they expect you to be in and out as the technicians do not even try to talk to you. I have been a customer here for the last year or so and notice practices that weren't great before but they are being blatantly obvious in there mannerisms now. I've had a few hit or miss appointments at this salon but this will be my last visit. I got a pedicure this morning and this is what my heels look like. I was in and out in 20 minutes and paid $40 plus a tip for this. The last time I was here they charged me $75 (plus tip) for a "deluxe" pedi, although they did nothing different than the other times I've had regular pedi's and I was again in and out in 20 minutes. Envy did an excellent job on my nails. I got a gel pedicure and they did a great job without it being too painful or ticklish, which can be a hard balance to find. Then instead of a gel manicure my manicurist recommended I try dip powder. I have seen videos of this online but didn't know there was any salons around here doing it.
