I told him she hadn't finished filling my nails. He didn't go in to file them, he just started painting them, I'm not sure if he didn't understand what I had said or if he was just trying to get me out of the salon so he could help another customer, they had seemed to overbook themselves?I didn't want to tell him because there were about four people waiting for services behind me, but I hope that in the future the staff recognizes that over booking themselves hinders the quality of their work.

The pedicures were incredibly rushed, with very little attention to detail or care. My dip manicure was especially disappointing. I regularly get dip powder at another salon, and it typically lasts for weeks with no chipping or lifting of the overlay. This time, I left with uneven shaping, sloppy polish lines, and visible residue along my cuticles. Within two days, the dip was already chipping, which should not happen with a properly applied dip system. For the amount charged, I expected precision, cleanliness, and durability. Instead, the entire experience felt hurried and careless. I would not return based on this visit.
