But, the unhelpfulness from the staff doesn't just have to do with canceling, they're generally unhelpful and have better things to do... like check their cell phones, or hide in the office and check their cell phones. Old, dirty, broken, uncared for equipment is the name of the game here. What the hell isthat smell and where is it coming from? Get out of here. There are better places, with better equipment, better rates, and better everything.Forget it.

They will tell you different things that what they write on the contract, and when you try and cancel it their response is "don't you care about your fitness goals?" Also, I worked in their corporate office for the day and not only did they not pay me, but over heard so much different stuff from many of the people there. I seen thousands of people's contracts and once they're up, they auto renew them without asking you. I advise anyone to find a different gym, trust me.
