I didn't want my returns e-filed I wanted them to send me the completed returns so I could review and sign them and send them off myself. I have had previous experiences with this company and find them to be condescending and rude. Avoid them at all costs! Speaking of cost they charged me over $600 for a return that I am now doing on TurboTax in an hour and a half for 1/6 of the price with excellent support.
