I chose EP Real Estate School from the suggestion of a friend who had gone through the course. At first I was hesitant because I have always been wary of online schooling, but considering I have a full time job, the idea of being able to work at my own pace and schedule was appealing. I decided to go for it and was not disappointed. Everyone at the school was so helpful, including my counselor Annette. They always followed up with me through calls or email to check how I was doing, and quickly responded to any questions or issues I had. I do have some suggestions for anyone thinking of going through their schooling this way. 1.) Do not hesitate to call the school! I see several reviews on here where people are upset because they sent someone an email and didn't get a response back the same day. I almost always would call with a question and no matter who answered the phone, they were more than happy to guide me to someone in the office to get it settled for me. Be proactive and call! 2.) Make sure you talk to your school counselor about any live crash courses or refreshers that may be in your area. While going to the online school, I ended up attending night classes once a week at my local Century 21 and I can't tell you how helpful it was! If you are one of those people who aren't sure if online is right for you, ask your counselor about these because they were a great supplement to my learning. 3.) After you pass your final, study the prep courses they give you access to. I studied the prep courses over and over and I passed my state exam on the first try. Many of the questions I had on the exam were word for word from these prep courses. Without the prep courses, I don't think I would have passed. I originally got my California broker's license through Executive Programs in San Francisco in 1985. I took the courses with a friend who wanted help in acquiring his broker's license. At that time, we both took the crash course for the state test under the tutelage of Minnie Lush, who I believe was one of the founders of the school. I sold real estate for a few years in San Francisco, then moved to NYC to pursue another career. When I returned to California (Los Angeles, this time) in the early 2000's, I decided to reinstate my license, which by that time had lapsed. So I had to re-take the state test as well as complete a few additional courses that had been added in the interim years. And lo and behold, Minnie Lush was still teaching the crash course for the state exam! So I studied with her once again. EP went above and beyond by finding my original paper records from 1985. (My records had not been digitized.) In doing so, I could prove which courses I completed in 1985 and only had to take the two new courses, which were now requirements. And Minnie was as remarkable then as she had been years before. In both instances, I passed my state exam on the first try. I understand that Minnie has since retired. All my experiences with this organization have been positive and professional. The counselors have even reached out to me if I've taken too long to complete assignments, thereby keeping me on track. Maybe there are cheaper alternatives out there, but because of my track record with this organization, I would trust no one else with my real estate education needs. read more

I got referred to this online class through a customer I met at my job as well as an instagrammer who took the course. I ended up doing research and found that Regina is the go to girl. Well the reviews were right! I joined and specifically asked for her. She explained everything very throughly, and although Im still currently finishing up my books and about to take the last final before the state Exam test Prep. So far Regina has been extremely helpful and always eager to answer any questions or concerns I may need at any time. Sometimes i bug her at night and she tries her best to get her answer in there, if not (which totally understandable, Since everyone has a life to more than their job), then she will respond quickly bright and early the next morning. She NEVER leaves me waiting longer than 10 mins!! Guys 10 mins is a very short amount of time, and she nails it! This amazing woman goes out of her way to make ends meet and makes sure I get an answer. She sends reminders and follow up texts which is convenient on my end because of work. She makes sure I stay on top of my goals as much as possible. She doesnt just throw you under the bus at all like some people would . Overall, i am so glad I picked Regina. I hope her Managers will be able to see this and give her feedback on this post and maybe something else in return ($$$$)! Shes amazing and cant wait to see how our journey finishes! I chose this school based on the reviews and also because I really wanted the audio option to study while I drive, exercise, clean, etc. I took a long time to finish everything but that's only because I really wasn't in a hurry. Suzanne was very friendly and emailed me often. This is of course something that you have to motivate yourself to do. The mentors are there if you need them but don't expect a call every day. What impressed me the most about EP is that I had misunderstood the terms of how long I would have access to the site. Rather than blasting them with negative reviews, I decided to reach out to them. Tessa had a supervisor Irma contact me within one day. Irma was amazing. She called me on her personal time to make sure I was satisfied. This totally made me regain my faith in this company. I can honestly say that they care about their students passing. I also received a response from Deborah on yelp after sending a message. She too was concerned and was willing to help. I see a few negative reviews on here and feel they most likely did not reach out for help. After what I experienced today I can see that they really do try to fix things and help in any way they can. I was recommended to go to Executive Programs by my sister. She said they were amazing and very resourceful. BOY WAS SHE RIGHT! When I decided I wanted to pursue real estate, I was clueless about how everything works- but Regina Morales walked me through everything! What I loved about working with her was that she always checked in on me and was very sweet/patient with me. There is absolutely nothing phony about her and I love how she tells it like it is. She warned me of the good, the bad, and the downright ugly I might have to face and I appreciate that so much- Especially when her job is setting me up for the rest of my life, my upcoming career. I got the call(s) from Jessye 10 years ago and she did not give up encouraging me to finish my education. Life got in the way and I missed the mark to take the Brokers exam but Jessye encouraged me again to get the courses completed. A few more colleagues got on mark to join Jessye's 'cheer leading team'. Finally, I have completed the courses and now I am studying for the state exam. The study programs are straight forward with many tools to educate and meet state guidelines for Real Estate licensing. I would encourage anyone who has a desire to take the California Real Estate course to utilize Executive Programs Real Estate School and stick with the program diligently. You will receive outstanding support and encouragement. I let my life get in the way of first time completion and spent a butt load of money. When you sign up just get on it and get it done. I came across Executive Programs RE school online. I notices that keller williams is the best brokerage for RE agents to hang their license with. So i did an internet research and found EXecutive Programs RE school online. They are together with keller williams Realty. I decided to give them a call and told me all about the real estate courses that are required to obtain a sales license. I figured it would be a good idea to do it online since i have a busy schedule. I finally decided to attend. They give you 1yr to finish the 3 courses. Im currently working on my second course. The courses are easy and straight forward. You work on your own pace, wherever and whenever you wish! I would like to thank my awesome counselor Mrs, Rose Hernandez. She is really nice and always there to help me and guide me with whatever barrier or question i have. She always responds fast! Overall to everyone who is considering taking the 3 college level courses required to take for the RE estate agent sales license, i would definately reccomend this school for anyone who doesnt have the time to attend live classes like me. The textbooks are online as well. The staff is always there to help out. They even offer payments for tuition. Which of course is a plus! read more

I am a Property Manager and I wanted to get away from the on-site management aspect and the affordable housing so I decided to pursue my long term goal of a Real Estate License. Anyone who is familiar with property management knows your schedule is chaotic and you hardly ever have down time, not to mention I have a child and another one the way!! I have spent all my life in the medical field as a Navy corpsman for the Marines in Iraq 3 times and once in Afghanistan, and most recently as a surgical technologist working in surgery assisting with trauma, vascular, oncology as well as other surgeries. With a degree in microbiology my mindset has been science oriented so needless to say this program is new to me. The content at first was difficult for me to understand, but as I read the material over and over it not only made a lot of sense to me, but as time went on it became so much easier for me to understand. None of my success in taking the exams would not have happened had it not been for the help from Stephanie Perez. It is a rare person who can slog through over a thousand pages of dry text, on their own, and absorb much of anything. Unfortunately, many online Real Estate programs ask you to do this. That is why I am so happy that I found the folks at Executive Programs. The first thing that blew me away was the fact that a real person answered the phone. I had tried another program, and there was no human interaction. I got a lot of "push one for X" and "push two for Y". I paid for the course and it arrived in a nice twenty pound box. After three months, I managed to make it through a third of the first book. I don't think I retained any of it. I knew I had to try something else. When Stephanie answered the phone, I immediately felt the difference. The enthusiasm was palpable. She helped me to see that the program was different and that I could get through it without the pain and frustration that I had felt in the past. OK, I'm not really a big yelper and don't really write many reviews, but every now and then you just have to share. Thing is, I'm looking for a change in my career and my sister told that I had the right personality for real estate, I love people, love homes and always thought I should be in sales. So she refereed me to Executive Programs. She took these courses 20 years ago and has been selling homes ever since. I was nervous, back to studying at my age, but it wasn't bad, I am about to take my State test pretty soon and I am hoping I pass. I have been working with Executive Programs since the 80's. They have always been very professional and great in working with people who need to get through programs in the least amount of times. I did 5 courses and finals in the last 4.5 days with great results, never lower than 92%. This time around,Suzanne was super as always. I love this program!! I highly recommend this school! I was skeptical because I had been burned by another school that took my money and left me to "figure it out" on my own and never returned my phone calls. I was really reluctant to go for another Real Estate School but I am not the best student and the texts books are confusing with a lot of info that I don't need to know about so I needed help. This school "held my hand" and I felt extremely comforted in the whole process. Especially -Stephanie Perez!! She was always available.
