She has been sitting now for 1 hour and 35 minutes and not one person has approached her to help. Every time she asks to be helped the same lady tells her no one can help her please take a seat. My mom has an accent because she is Hispanic. I'm not there with here but is there a possibility of racism? 90+ minutes at a bank? Clearly she'll be taking her business elsewhere. If you can make an appointment, I would recommend that you do so. Plenty of parking and lots of drive through lanes including one with an ATM.
