The outside is silky smooth, and everything is shining beautifully. Got all the scratches inside and out fixed whice was great. You can tell they took their time as all the crannies, etc, were cleaned well. They said it would take about one and a half hours, but i work nearby, so i left the car. They have a little patio set you can seat and wait, but there's no shade (there's a Starbucks and pinecrest bakery next door, though ). Pricing wise, it's on the higher end, but considering it's Pinecrest and how good my car looked, it was OK. I recommend it and will be taking another car this weekend.
