I was a long time EPH customer and friend of the group of friends that started this company. Recently I purchased a custom suit and overcoat over boxing week. As of today, June 8th 2026 I am still sitting with two terribly made custom suits. This customer has changed from great to not great and I have to say I will never recommend them again. For the most 6 months the customer service has been cutting and pasting responses and hiding behind their presses and procedures for their "flawless fit guarantee." At this point I have been asked to wait a month 3 times because they refuse to accommodate anything outside of what is convenient for them. If I could vote 0 stars I would have. It's super unfortunate because at one point they were fantastic and the suits were some of my favs. Today it is a different company, more expensive, lower quality and absolute horrible and I mean the worst customer service. read more

In the past I have bought several suits from Eph Apparel and the finished product has always been quite good. However, the whole process is always extremely slow. For my latest purchase, it has been almost a month and they still have not finished a simple hem on the sleeve of my sports jacket. ***Overall*** While the ordering and measurement process were simple, I was extremely disappointed with the fit and customer service. Considering this is a made-to-measure suit, there should not have been such drastic fit issues. In addition, while initially offering a full reimbursement of alterations, they retracted this and only offered $75 reimbursement and put the blame on me for being sent a poorly fitting suit. ***Measurement & Order*** I'm one of the groomsmen in a wedding party and we all ordered matching suits from Eph Apparel. In-person measurements in Toronto are booked once a month at the Grand Hotel. Measurements took less than 30 minutes for 2 of us. We placed the order Dec 16 and received it Jan 30 (approx. 46 days from order). ***Delivery*** The suit was delivered in a large flat box and came unfolded and completely wrinkled. Considering it was shipped from China, this was somewhat expected. After steaming the suit for an hour to get out all the wrinkles and letting it hang for a few days, I tried on the suit. ***Fit*** The suit did not fit at all. I took it to my tailor and the pants crotch and leg openings were brought in by 3/4". The jacket was brought in by 1-1/4" each side and the shoulder pad had to be moved because it was in the wrong position. Alterations totaled $188.71. Another groomsman in my party sent me pictures of him wearing his suit and he had fit issues in the exact same places as me: low crotch, leg openings too wide, jacket too wide, and misplaced shoulder pads. **Customer Service*** I contacted Eph Apparel stating my case and that a made-to-measure suit should not have needed such drastic alterations. The customer service representative replied within 24 hours and offered a full reimbursement of my alterations cost ($188.71). However, upon receiving the e-transfer notification, I noticed the amount was only $75. I contacted them again and the blame was put on me for not contacting them sooner regarding the issues. If I had contacted them, they would have suggested a remake of the suit. They would only offer the $75 as that was the maximum per their policy. However, I explained to them why I don't think a remake would have been a suitable remedy. I told them that I received a call from Eph Apparel prior to my in-person measurement informing me of possible delays due to Chinese New Years shutdown of the factory in China during February. This led me to believe that even if the remake order was placed right away (Jan 31), considering a 46-day leadtime + the CNY shutdown + time for alterations, the suit may not have been ready for a March 31 wedding date. In addition, considering the common fit issues between me and the other groomsman, I was worried the remake suit would come back with the same issues. I kindly asked for the full reimbursement they originally agreed to pay. They replied with a lengthier version of the original response, completely ignoring my concerns of not receiving the remake on time and repeated fit issues. The blame was once again put on me for not contacting them sooner and that they would not honor the originally offered full reimbursement. read more

I can't imagine how EPH could measure someone up, then send pants that I'd be embarrassed to walk around in. I had to get them tapered, and enough fabric taken off the sides that I could have made another pair of pants. At that point I had used up all the credit they provide, which left me with a low crotch that belonged on pants of a chimney sweep. Keep in mind this happened to all 4 people in the wedding party. During the wedding, the grooms stitching on the back of his jacket fell apart, and we were forced to rig something up hastily before the photo shoot started. read more

Then it comes and they do a shit ton of alterations and the suit that originally shows up from China is cut nothing like your measurements. This has been my experience with them, anyways. Great initial service (tailor came to my apt to measure), and the fabric is great. But really poor fit when I got the final suit, I had to make big adjustments to my jacket for it to be how I requested it (slim fit). Suits are made in China and have a long lead time, so I could not risk having a "remake", which they do offer. They reimbursed only $100, but the changes were over $300. Looking back, I could have started the suit process a couple months earlier to allow for a remake, and they also seem to do better with "classic" fits vs. slim fits. read more

Just wanted to respond to EPH's response to my review. First, I know what I ordered. EPH has to deal with multiple orders and it's more likely the salesperson has an incorrect recollection of my order than I do myself. Second, the order form was edited by someone at EPH and "no vest" was written on the form. I have proof in the form of a picture and email from EPH. My writing on the form clearly does NOT match the writing of the "no vest", which must have been written by someone at EPH. So the decision was made to not include the vest and charge the original price. I dialogued with the owner and the rationale given was that the pricing changed recently. However, if the original agreement was to have a 3-piece suit at the original price, why not honour it like an honest business? Instead of trying to scam a returning customer (who would have bought more suits and referred a ton of people). EPH retroactively charged me for the price change by removing a vest from the order, kept the same price and tried to pass it off as a decision I made. read more

Spend a little bit more money and get a custom fitted suit at another company. I was a groomsman and had to go with eph The suit came from china and was terrible. The sizing was way off. Why did I even need to go get measured They cover $75 in alternations. My pants alone was $74.00 to fix. And it still didn't look good My blazer was sent to the Winnipeg office since I used up my $75.00 credit My jacket was sent back and still did not fit right. Our experience with EPH was unfortunately very below average... I'll explain below: So we first heard about EPH at a bridal show and figured it would be a good idea get a tailor a suit from them for my wedding. So we emailed them and confirmed with a date and time and showed up for the appointment, only to find out we were not on the list and our slot was booked for someone else. Regardless, the tailor tried to make do with us and the other client, it was rather awkward but maybe that's how they do things? As the awkwardness intensifies in the room, their other client decided to just leave and come back at a later time, I'm not too sure what to think about that. We looked at some materials and then was recommended to come back a few months down the road as it was still 6 months away from the wedding. So a few months later we booked another appointment again and showed up only to find out they overbooked again and we ended up waiting for an extra hour and a half in the lobby so the other clients can be sorted out. Regardless, at this point we were a little bit unimpressed by EPH, and start to question their ability to get organized. The tailor did apologize for the delay. So we finally got measured up and was hoping to be sent a bill for the suit electronically a few days later, the bill did not arrive until 2.5 weeks later which delayed timing of it being made (as they require payment before they can proceed with the work). I had to email the tailor on 2 separate occasions to ask whether they're going to send me the bill at all. So a few weeks later, the suit arrived within the expected time-frame but unfortunately upon trying it on, it was overall a horrible fit. The pants were especially bad, on the thigh area there were at least 2.5 inches of extra material, in addition to that, the jacket and the vest were really wide, there were at least another 1.5 inches of extra material on each side, finally the arm length was also a bit too long. Overall, the entire suit looked horrible and I seriously looked like I'm in a clown suit. I have to say, I was really disappointed. I understand that there's always some small margin of error even in tailored suits but I've never had it so off before, and I don't think I've lost weight over the last month to justify for the 2.5 inches lost in the thigh/pelvis area, all I can speculate is that there's some sort of mix up in the measurements. In a rush to get it ready for my wedding in 2 weeks I had to go with a retired tailor that I can trust that would make the the massive alterations in a short time-frame (one-week), since this is a one-time personal favor thing, he was unable to provide me with a receipt and therefore I'm not eligible for a reimbursement from EPH. They were very nice about it and said they want to reimburse me as long as I can provide a receipt for their accounting department, but unfortunately we were never able to work something out because I don't have the paper work, even though I sent them pictures of the before and after of the alterations. Which I think its fair to an extent, but its just a big bummer and it added to the stress. They said they believed my claimed amount though, I guess that's nice? At this point I'm just glad that I was able to fix the suit with the retired tailor, but the reimbursement will have to be counted as a lost for me. Based on the overall experience with EPH, I just cannot recommend them to anyone at this point. Its stressful enough to plan a wedding and they certainly added on to that stress for me. Even with some decent customer services I think they need to work on getting more organized overall and actually trying improve the quality of their tailoring, like as simple as getting the right measurements for their customers.... I have to say I will not be returning and I will probably go with local tailors I can trust for my next suit even though it may cost a little more for me... tl;dr overbooked appointments, tardy billing, badly fitted suit, decent customer service, but overall a stressful experience read more

The customer service model Andrew and his team have built at EPH is fantastic. Not only is a true fashion-forward men's ware experience such a breath of fresh air for Winnipeg, but the team is so detail orientated and customer focused. Their inventory of swatches gives you a tailoring experience like no other. And when your order first arrives at the store they will not let the suit leave the store until the fit is absolutely flawless. I've placed several orders with them and every experience has been A+. I only gave eph apparel one star because I don't know how to give it zero stars. Beware of places that make you pay up front for anything unseen!!! They make you pay in full and do not do returns if you are not satisfied. They only guarantee fit. Not quality or satisfaction. Once they have your money, you are stuck. I would not recommend them to anyone. Their whole business is based on custom fitted suits and mens clothing. I wouldn't consider this custom clothing, only clothing you have been measured for. They have several options to choose from to "customize" your clothing. But make sure you double check your order after you receive it because they do not. They hope for the best, and if it is ordered wrong, they hope you don't notice. If you do receive anything ordered wrong, you are looking at a minimum of 2 weeks to have it fixed. So order many months in advance if you need a suit for a special occasion. Their whole process of picking out suits is far too rushed and once you get your suit they do an inspection with you to see if it needs extra tailoring. The appointment is 5 minutes. Not enough time to properly assess any issues with the suit. Similar quality suits can be found at H&M or Zara for less, so do not be fooled into thinking you are getting the best of the best. I recommend saving your money and going to a real suit store and having one tailored. You will end up with a better product instead of wasting almost $600 only to have to buy another suit like I did. They have my suit now, and I don't want it back because I have no interest in wearing their product when I have such little respect for their company and how they do business. They still have my money and do not do refunds. Buyer beware. I found them difficult to deal with, and they basically told me i was SOL until I told them that several of my friends were planning on getting suits from them and have changed their minds based on my experience. Once they heard this they changed their tone, kind of. They attempted to help me out, but failed. Once they have your money, they do not feel the need to work to impress you. It is the kind of service that you get at fast food restaurants. Pay up front, and hope you are satisfied later. read more

In the past, I had purchased a custom made suit and shirts from Maxwell's Clothiers, who visit our city every 6 months or so, and I loved their products - naturally, I was excited when EPH Apparel opened their doors in my city. About 9 months after they started up, I went for a fitting and bought a suit and 2 shirts (whatever the package included at the time). I received the suit and shirts and everything fit horribly. I am a slightly heavier person (200 lbs) for my height, but certainly not obese...I don't have any trouble picking clothes out in a store and finding something that fits, let's put it that way. The pants felt like they would tear every time I sat down, the shirts and suit jacket made it hard to breathe. I've been wearing suits to work for over a decade, and I've never worn anything so uncomfortable. Long story short, I had to go back to have the garments altered a few times, since they couldn't get it right after remeasuring me twice. No problem, right? After the first 2 screw-ups on their part, the owner became visibly irritated with me. Just to be clear, I am not a hard man to please, not a complainer at all....but I do insist that if I'm paying more than $500 for a suit and shirts, then I'd better be willing to wear them once and not feel uncomfortable and cramped. My biggest irritation was the owner, Alex Ethans, explaining to me that modern suits are cut that way, and showed me the suit that he was wearing, He showed me that he, too, couldn't sit down without the pants feeling extremely tight in the crotch, and that is just the way they are made these days....that is, "the look". I found it terribly offensive that instead of just saying, "don't worry, we'll make it right", he chose to intimate that I wasn't cool / hip enough to wear his poorly tailored, "custom" fit suit (isn't the point of "custom" that it is supposed to fit flawlessly? Don't they call it a Flawless Fit Guarantee?). He told me that I might feel more comfortable in a "classic" cut, which is made for older men, and therefore isn't really the cool look anymore. I eventually got the suit to fit in way that also allowed me to breathe (what a novel concept), but the shirts had to be sent back to Hong Kong to be fixed.....and I never ended up receiving them. The suit now sits in my closet because I don't wear it....it started to come apart within about a month of them getting it to fit me properly. I am the best man in a wedding coming up in a few months, and this month I am being forced by the wedding couple to buy another crappy suit and shirt from EPH Apparel....otherwise I wouldn't have bothered thinking about them for long enough to write this review. I sincerely hope that this experience is better, but if you're looking for a suit in Winnipeg, best to go somewhere else, and get a better product for less money. read more

sent me my two suits almost two weeks before the wedding, both did not even come close to fitting. i then called, you cannot get ahold of them other than email. after emailing back and fourth it seemed like everything was sorted out. since i sent the requested pictures i have not heard back from them. i have sent an email everyday for the last 4 days to get no response as to where we are with my custom fitted suits that did not come close to fitting. terrible service read more

We decided to use EPH Apparel for our Wedding party (October 2014). Which included my husband (the groom), 5 groomsmen and both of our fathers. Chinedu was our "stylist"/ took their measurements. Chinedu was very friendly and knowledgeable with mens fashion and Eph Apparel products. There are lots of fabrics to choose from, love the customization with the interior fabric, personalized name inside the jacket and even the initials on the dress shirts. We knew this would be perfect for a wedding party! Now the whole process was a little stressful, but Christine at Eph Apparel was always there to help with every situation. When we received some of the suits, some of the measurements were off, some items needed to be remade, but you need to be prepared that there might be some mistakes. I understood completely that nothing is perfect and that mistakes happen. Christine was very accommodating, always ensuring that everything could be fixed. I am very happy with this companys' professionalism. I would recommend to allow yourself more than enough time when ordering your suit, encase you need to allow time for alterations. The day of the wedding we got nothing but compliments on how good the men looked. Fitted custom suits looked great with them, so much better than renting an oversized, used, worn out suit. We are so happy that we decided to go with EPH and that the guys will have suit to keep! So thank you to Chinedu and Christine @ support for all their hard work! A lot of people are complaining about the quality and length to get a suit in. As for quality, you are only spending $300.00 on a custom suit, not $1000.00. keep that in mind, if you want better quality than you have to spend more money. Its only common sense. Also if you are ordering a suit in the summer, you have to expect its a bit busier in the summer because of wedding season. People need to stop complaining, its like buying a Toyota, and complaining it doesn't drive like a Ferrari! Ordered two custom made shirts, first set arrived just over a month after ordering. I was excited because they claim the perfect fit guarantee. To my dismay they were too small. I sent a request to their company's customer support and they had me send pictures, after they reviewed they said they would need to remake the shirts. One of the fabrics was no longer available so I had to choose a different one. At this point not that big of deal, they also said they had their tailor expert review the pictures and made adjustments to the measurements to ensure that the shirts would be the perfect fit. It again took a little over a month to arrive, again I was excited to get the shirts after months of waiting. ANNNNDDDD..... yep they were smaller than the first set. I instantly took pictures and sent to their customer service. They said they could remake them again - at this point I had zero confidence in their ability to make these shirts fit and asked for my money back. They said they would give me my money back once they had received the product. I shipped it to them and they returned my money. When I got the bill for shipping I sent it to them asking that they refund my money. They would not! They said its their policy that all returns be paid for by the customer. This was a return because of defective product for their mistake. Ridiculous. As such would not ever recommend them. read more

ordered 2 suits and 6 button up shirts from eph apparel and a tie. upon receiving the suit, i tried it on immedietly and the fit was so completely wrong the pants would not stand up against my waist without me holding them up with my hand. the crotch area was incredibly low as well and the leg openings much too big. it was very clear that they did not follow any of my measurement requests sent to them by their own measurement specialists. all the button up shirts were far too big as well, hard to believe this was a custom made to measure shirt. also, the collar of their shirts do not stand upright without a tie in place. so you cant wear these shirts without a tie as the bend in the collar looks absolutely terrible and sloppy. fast forward 1 year, the pants of one of the suits had deterioated compeltely and ripped in the crotch area. EPH apparel rep told me this was due to a fit issue.... how on earth could it be a fit issue if the EPH apparel makes custom made clothes... they refused to reimburse me anything of course. avoid this terrible "made to measure" manufacturer. read more

I purchased a custom dress shirt from EPH Apparel during a fitting at Queen's University. I was very impressed with the fit, but the quality of this supposed "premium" shirt was absolutely atrocious. Let me preface this by saying that I wear dress shirts daily, and own dress shirts from a number of makers. The shirt feels like a McDonalds napkin. It holds up much the same; It is impossible to iron and it wrinkles immediately thereafter. Do yourself a favour and AVOID. read more

The only reason I gave Eph 1 star is because 0 was not an option. This was one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had, and I've had some bad ones. From beginning to end I've never been so disappointed. I received my suit around mid-February and was excited to try it on. I'm a big guy and suits aren't always the easiest thing to shop for. This being a custom suit, I thought it would fit like a glove. Not the case. In short, it was awful. The jacket had an odd rounded shape, was short, too wide, sleeves too long. The pants were much too big in all areas and the custom shirt wasn't even close. My friend, the groom, reached out to their customer service and informed them of my issues, with pictures attached. The solution was to remake the suit based on recommendations from their master tailor after looking at the pictures that I sent. I suggested being re-measured, but they assured me that they master tailor would do a far better job than anyone they would send to me. This doesn't exactly instill a lot of confidence in the process, but I trusted it. I received the second suit in mid-March and it was only marginally better. A lot of the same issues still existed, but they were less pronounced since they did make some slight changes. Again, we reached out to their customer service team and received no information on how to proceed. We did receive a response, but it did not address any of the issues specifically. The first time that we emailed they ordered to suit to be remade, but this time nothing. So, I assumed that this was perhaps all part of the process and that the $75 should cover alterations. I have no prior experience and assumed that this amount should cover most of the alterations. During all of this, one of the suits for our party was never made. The order was never entered and they were scrambling to ensure we received our suits before the wedding date. When I took the suit to the tailor and tried it on, she was amazed by how bad the quality was. Everything from the stitching to the measurements left her speechless. This got me worried since I now was starting to feel that $75 would not cover the cost. The tailor got our a knife and started by cutting off the arms to fix the arm holes and the width of the arms. Then, after she looked at the back she went to work on the jacket as well. She made large cuts along the sides. She essentially had to rebuild the entire jacket. The total bill came out to $267. I was offered $230 to compensate me for the alterations, but I don't understand why. I should be entitled to the full amount. It seems like there was an issue with the measuring from the onset. I clearly stated what my issues were and the second time I was all but ignored. Furthermore, even after alterations there were things that just could not be fixed. The shape of the suit is still odd due to how short the jacket is. There is only so much that can be fixed. Throughout the process I was given excuses and the blame was placed squarely on me. I was told that I went to a tailor that was too expensive and that she didn't write exactly how much was taken in through each step. I will never wear the suit again and I'm still waiting for my additional $37. I was told that I won't get it. Case closed. It's not fair for a customer to be treated this way when the issues were beyond my control. Never again. read more

Absolutely terrible experience, I chose to go with EPH for my wedding. I initially got fitted for my suit back in March, and once my suit arrived I was blown away on how poorly the suit fitted me, after informing EPH of my disappointment in the suits I received a very canned email response from the support staff informing me of the " flawless fit guarantee" which means they will cover 75 dollars worth of alterations. It is now the beginning of September and after numerous visits to a tailor I now have well over 200 dollars of alterations fees and a suit that fits alright, no where near the fit I expected from a custom made suit but with the wedding less than 2 weeks away I have accepted the suit as good enough. In June all of my groomsmen got fitted for their custom suits which according to EPH's 6-8 week time would allow ample time for their suits to arrive and be altered accordingly in time for my September 20th wedding. After 8 weeks ( the maximum time they told us it would take to get the suits) all of my groomsmen received an email saying their suits will be entering production in the next couple days but unfortunately they ran out of the short fabric we has ordered for them so we had to choose a new fabric. We quickly chose a new fabric, and figured the order would immediately go into production as it was already late at this point. About a week went by after this point and we had yet to hear any thing about our order be shipped to us, so we contracted the support staff and were informed that our orders will be shipped to the distribution center within the next week ( this was August 8th) after a solid month of constant emails of us asking about the suits and being told they will be there in a day or two and when a day or two or pass we would receive a phone call from support staff about some unforeseen issue and that they would arrive in a day or two. This was a trend for the whole month of August. The suits finally arrived today ( September 9th.. 11 days before the wedding, 12 weeks since the original order) for us to discover that no vests were sent ( vests were a large part of the reason we chose to go with EPH because they make a vest with a fabric back, not silk) not all the shirts were sent, the fabrics chosen by the groomsmen to make each jacket unique was completely overlooked and not all the accessories were sent. Through this 12 week ordeal at no point has any managment of EPH contacted us to attempt to resolve any issues. I would strongly discourage anyone from using EPH as the only thing worse than the fit of my suit was the poor customer service we experienced over the last couple months. read more

Absolutley terrible fitting suit! my fiance has a very athletic build (big back, shoulders and chest, narrow waist) so off the rack suits dont fit. We went with eph for a custom suit because we know how poorly off the rack suits fit. when it arrived it was as though they sent a suit that was made for someone else. They were impossible to get ahold of for any sort of remediation and only honored $70 tailoring credit. We are on round 3 at the tailor and considering scrapping the suit all together because its almost $200 of alterations and still has such a cheap look to it. The poor fit is one thing but the complete lack of customer service is why I will ALWAYS advise people against EPH read more

The people at eph apparel really came through for us. We needed a suit for our son's grad that fit well without breaking the bank and eph delivered as promised. Though it took 6 weeks to get our order, the final product was well worth the wait. It fit well, the price point was attractive and we were delighted to find out that they carry all kinds of accessories to complete the outfit- shirts, ties, cuff links etc. Our son hates shopping but he was pleasantly surprised by the efficient process at eph....not to mention the big screen TV showing the football game! Very disappointing experience yesterday with this place. We had visited a few months back to look for custom suits. We spoke with a very friendly gentleman and explained we were looking for suits for our wedding on June 16, 2018. He said there was plenty of time as it takes roughly 6 weeks to have the order completed. We opened our calendar in front of him and looked at dates in April to return. He worked back from the date we were leaving for the wedding, added 2 weeks for alterations and we agreed on a date to return, April 13. No appointment necessary he said. We returned last night very excited to purchase our custom suits. We saw the same guy, he came over to help us, and even said he remembered us. We told him we were ready to purchase and he confirmed the wedding date. He then said we were "cutting it close" with the date but would check the system. I reminded him that he was the one who told us to come back on this date. He came back and said he could have the suits ready for June 14th but that it's not a firm date so it would be rolling the dice. Apparently the time to have suits made increased to 8 weeks in the time we waited. The sales man had a "I don't care look on his face" told us there was a mis communication and offered no apologies. Not only did you not receive the thousands of dollars we were ready to spend in your store, I will now tell everyone I know to never buy suits from you. We went to your competitor and spent our money there. The Salesperson was professional, courteous, and could guarantee our suits would arrive on time. Big mistake, big. read more

Our groom's suite was two sizes to big and all the groomsmen's pants were too small. So small in fact that they couldn't be altered to fit properly and we could barely sit down in them. The groom's pants ripped a whole in them before the wedding even began When a kid comes out chewing gum and measures you in a wife beater with flip flops on it doesn't exactly inspire confidence... read more

Received my 3rd suit the other day, and thrilled with it. New tie selection and designs, and fabric are options are very slick. Awesome to see the progression of the suit quality and components over the last 4 years since my first suit purchase, despite my initial apprehension. Coincidentally, when I was picking up my suit, 3 of the Ottawa Senators happened to be picking up their orders and buying new suits. Pretty cool to see NHLers that can afford suits for $1000's choosing this place over other stores. Will be back for sure. read more

Was given a suit as part of a wedding party. The customer service is great but this company serves the low end of the market as the suits are of poor quality and the fit is terrible even after having the shirt and jacket remade. But that's entirely the fault of a business model that relies on taking orders to send overseas - you can't take 18 measurements by a sales person with minimal training and no fittings afterwards and expect to get fit right. The response I received was they get 80% of orders correct on the 1st try and that it would take 4-5 fittings and 1000s of costs to fit properly. First of all you only need 1 fitting with a skilled tailor and no you can get a Canali around the $1200 range. If your on a budget pick up a brand name hugo boss suit for $500-800 as their on sale often enough. Secondly, if people aren't complaining enough its because people aren't submitting their claims in the allotted time or don't care enough as there are too many unsophisticated buyers in the market that don't understand what good quality suits should look and feel like. Otherwise, they would demand companies step their game up and companies like this wouldn't exist. For the same cost that EPH charges you can buy these suits in Asia for the same price and have them made by skilled tailors who actually apprenticed for years with a keen eye for detail so they can design the suits according to your body type. I'm speaking from experience here and that is really what you are paying for when it comes to real made to measure suits.
