He showed up on time. I was told he would be here at 9 and he was in the driveway at 8:59am. 2. He was incredibly thorough. He spent so much time and care on each step of the detailing process. Santos arranged to meet us close to our new home while he was visiting family and spent quite a few hours cleaning and buffing the trailer's finish and applying a new clearcoat. He came early to deodorize, left again, came back to wash one, left again, came back to finish the interior detail. Overall he started at 8:30 am and 'finished' around 5:30. The interior detail was horrible. There was still sitting water in one of the side doors, the seats were wet, didn't clean the glove box, it doesn't look like the inside was even wiped or cleaned very well, and he was so rough he popped in my AC nozzles. He offered to come back and do it again because he wasn't happy with it, but I didn't want him to come back after this nightmare.
