9-1-2026 I'm glad I found this place because I have been going to the touchless car wash in Buena Park for over a year now. I was worried that there might not be another local place that does touchless. However, this location has both and it's overall a better deal because they have a monthly membership for $20 which is the basic. You're allowed to wash your car once a day for a full month and have access to the compressed air and vacuums. I think I just might come here every day to get my money's worth. The only difference with this one compared to the other one is that you do have to go through the tunnel and there's only one. But the convenient thing is that your license plate will be read automatically so you don't have to input anything or step out of your car. The other main important thing is that the track that your car goes on is not like the typical ones. It's more like those sped up mats that you see at the airport. So I feel like it damages the tires less. However, when I first entered, I did not know that it was gonna be moving so suddenly. So I kind of struggled to put the car in neutral since it was already lurching the moment I got on. I think I read some reviews here that complaint that they bumped into the car in front of them, but the employee that let me on actually waited until the car in front of me was completely finished. At the end, it's really convenient that the exit is to the right. But also, if there isn't a car that's parked at a specific spot, you can also drive forward and pull up to the spot that's directly ahead. I thought it was cool because there seem to be more air compressors than spots. But it was extremely strong to the point that it hurt my ears, and they were kind of ringing at the end of it. The vacuums were strong too, but they were quiet. I was given two cloths for cleaning the dash, and an employee helped me pay for the membership. I'm honestly really glad that I started on the first of the month. Unfortunately, their $10 deal expired last week so I wasn't able to take advantage of that. But I'm looking forward to coming here every day from now on. read more

JUST CHOOSE the basic plan. The store is clean, and the vacuum area is well-equipped. They will handle you a towel pack, which is very thoughtful. the clerk explained the price plan very clear. I noticed that there are shade in most of the vaccum area, so you can clean your interior car without getting sunburned. This store is very ideal car wash location especially choose the basic plan. I choose the middle plan however it did not really match the features it listed on. So I spend another $2 dollars to clean and spark my rim and wheel.( yes the wheel and rim was washed but it is not really clean) I had been to other car wash shop in City of Industry and choose the middle plan with Wheel and rim Sparkling. Although it did not polish evenly.( so I saw spots of polished oil and some parts were not polished) so I assume there are the function of Wheel and rim sparkling however it just not work in this store) . I have to say It is a car wash location I would say 9/10 but just pay the basic plan to get the service worth your payment. read more

6/5/26 I have passed by this place many times, and finally decided to drop by. I came after 530p on a Friday afternoon and it was pretty busy. The attendant was very nice. Came up to the digital menu area as soon as I pulled up to offer help. They have a $10 new membership promo now but I didn't get it. I have a wrap so I need to make sure my wrap doesn't get messed up while washing. I got the birch for $11. I like how there are no metal guide rails like many other auto washes I have visited in the past. That tends to mess up my rims so not having them was a nice surprise. I liked the wash. It did a good job considering It was the lowest tier. I was happy my wrap made it through without additional scuff marks. Vacuum area is limited. If it got any busier, this place can easily back up with people waiting for vacuums. read more

I recently got a new car with cross bars and it's recommended to get a touchless car wash. This place came up on my research and so we tried it out. When I arrived at the entrance I let the employee know that I wanted touchless. He then used his walkie talkie to notify the team operating the machine. We chose the brea wash and they provided us with wipes, drying cloth, and an air freshener tag! Overall great experience and I'll be coming back. read more

DON'T USE THIS CAR WASH! My car was damaged by their equipment. They created multiple lies to cover up why they wouldn't pay for. I informed them of a piece of cord with a metal hook was hitting my car and chipped my windshield. They fix the cord and immediately lied and said it wasn't a hook and the cord was soft and just gently hit my car. Basically saying I lied. I know what I saw and it chipped multiple times. Wish I'd read Yelp reviews other people's cars that were damaged for thousands of dollars and they refused to fix them. read more

They close earlier than what they advertise. Google, Yelp, and their own website all say close at 9pm but consistently at 7pm and on they close off all entrances with cones so I can't enter inside. I'm not getting out of my car to move cones nor am I running them over. Cancelling my membership because I'm annoyed. If they posted they are closed at 7pm I'd be fine but there's a cheaper carwash nearby anyways so now I'm going to spend my money there instead. Also they don't pick up the phone. read more

I started going to the Express Car Wash intermittently when they first opened, for the last year and a half. I've member 2 to 3 times a week with the best package. Unfortunately, I had a little mishap with my vehicle. Leo, who I believe is the owner, contacted me after his employee let him know about the incident. He met me in a timely fashion. I've been to other express car wash services, and this was exactly what I expected - which is good because I wanted to be in and out quickly. Even though it's a touchless car wash, a nice employee came out and told me about each of the 3 car wash options. Nothing complicated, and the touchscreen also tells you exactly what you're getting with each option. I bought the highest tier ($18) because I liked that she took the time to explain it all to me, plus I wanted the air freshener and towel that came with it. It was faster than other express car washes I've been through, and I was satisfied with the wash. A tiny bit of bird poop residue was still somewhat noticeable if I looked hard enough, but I also wasn't expecting perfection, I preferred the quickness. Go to a hand car wash for that. Vacuums are also provided at the end. From start to finish, including the vacuums, it took me 10-15 minutes. All in all I recommend this express car wash if you want fast, easy service, with a decent enough wash for a good value! Next time I'll probably choose one of the lower tiers though. read more

Had a chance to stop by on the weekend heading back home and drove in to wash wife's car. Kid saw the electronic screen on building and said buy 1 wash get 1 month free! I said what? Really? Backed up and waited for the screen to come back and sure enough buy 1 wash get 1 month free. Wow, I don't drive by the area too often, but that's a no brainer! Asked if that's really true, buy 1 wash get 1 month free, and gentleman confirmed yes buy 1 wash and get 1 month free. Cool, maybe I have to drive by Brea within a month, so why not? Let's do it. I'll do the $13 Imperial wash and get a month of it free! When the long receipt printed out, it was actually a contract for the recurring monthly charge authorization... Already swiped card before receipts printed out and arm up to enter, so no choice but to sign it to go through my wash. So I ended up being signed up for the recurring monthly plan and requiring me to cancel the authorization 7 days before... If I knew this was the case, I would have just gone with the single wash. Now I have to keep this in mind and make sure to provide cancellation instructions 7 days before the 1 month is up. The car wash was excellent as usual, but I think the advertising should be worded better to not catch customers like me off guard. Instead of buy 1 wash get 1 month free, I think it should be Buy monthly plan, get 1st month for the price of 1 wash Or something like that where people are notified in advance what the deal actually is... A star taken for my time to stress over and remember and prepare cancellation instructions 7 days before the month is up... A copy of the signed contract also was not provided, so wife had to go take a picture of it to know the details of it... I think this advertising should be changed to provide more clarity and also provide copy of the contract for the customer's reference. I got a new car recently and was told by all of my friends and family to not use the car wash. I, however, love a clean car but hate hand washing. After some research, I decided to find a touchless carwash spot, and this one popped up on Yelp! I love going here especially for their touchless car wash and usually get the Brea package which I feel is completely worth it! To get a touchless car wash, just let the attendant know when you drive up. Brea is about $16 but there are other ranging from $9-$13. After washing your car, there are plenty of spots to dry and vacuum. The wash usually leaves my car about 90% clean. I'll usually spend an additional few minutes wiping it with some chemical bros. This location is located close by Brea mall and is a recently opened car wash. I really like how advanced it is. I've gone here three times and will probably continue going here. read more

The cars are being washed with dirty soapy water that one can see as car moves through the tunnel. The color of suds and water are BROWN! There is a sign there "We recycled 90% of our water." It has friendly employees who answer questions thoroughly. The car wash itself has no rails for your tires, so you don't have to worry about your rims getting scratched. The washing and drying process seems longer and better than other express car washes. After the machine wash, you can use their vacuums and compressed air to get your car cleaned the way you like. The only negative is that the prices recently went up. About 2 months ago, the Imperial wash was $10 and now it's $13. Give these guys a try. First time at this car wash, I saw so many positive reviews that I had to try it. Been wanting to find a good car wash for a while. Rob helped me out and answered all my questions and concerns. Rob was very honest, looked at my car, and told me that I have some hard stains that most likely won't take it off but by using the rag can take off most of it. However, when I went through the wash, the rags were touching my car. After getting out of the wash, I went to the vacuum and wiping the smudges off the car with the free fiber rag, Rob came out and asked me how it was. I told him the brushes were on when I went through. I wasn't upset or anything. He told me I can go through again to do the Touch-Less Car Wash. When I went through the 2nd time, I honestly didn't mind the brushes. From what I saw when I was wiping the left over water and stains after the 1st wash, to me, the brushes didn't harm my car. It was a pretty cool experience to experience with the brush and without the brushes. I like that the vacuum was very strong. I loved that they had an Air Gun...I've never known any car wash that had it. I saw people spraying it, I think to dry the little water droplets that were still on the car. That's what I think anyway. When I used it, I noticed that there were some soap underneath crevices when I opened the door and was air spraying the edges of my doors. So I used the strong air to spray it out. I like that the soaps lathers over every edge of my car. They use plenty of it, which makes the wash better. By the time my car is out of the wash, I would say it's 95% dry, there are some spots that wasn't dry, but that is easily taken car of when you use the powerful Air gun that they provide in the vacuum parking spaces. We've been really happy with this express car wash. It is not full service, but it's close. You drive up, choose between a few different washes, then drive through a superior car wash. We've been through other drive-throughs and this one just seems better. Even their dryers seem stronger. After the wash, you can drive over to one of their little stations that has vacuums and blowers. My little guy loves blowing the water out with air. I love their super strong vacuums. Note: there is a 5-minute limit on those little vacuum/blower stations but I've never felt like they adhere to that. There are so many. Price is good and the people are super friendly. read more
