This company censored my review on google maps. My late Father (USAF Vet & Firefighter) who's life insurance paid for my vehicle was a firm believer in "what goes around comes around" Do not bother replying with whatever excuse asking me to call you! After two different shops never complete my estimates for the hail damaged hood and the roof center section on my Subaru Forester and submit them to State Farm an employee from Cavender Subaru suggested I try Epic since they are "certified". Well to start the owner is very rude and unprofessional. Epic had my car for about 2 months. When I got my car back it was two toned, my cigarette lighters didn't work the charging ports didn't work and the weather strip on my driver door was torn and there was a big glob of glue on it. Mind you my car was new, i had the car for about 2 weeks before this tragedy. Took my car there for repairs was quoted a price and was told it may change when the actual repair starts. Was quoted an additional cost when they started the repair. Went to see the car and was informed that their equipment could not calibrate the auto high beam and was given an option of either we take it to Toyota dealership or they would take it. We did not hear about an extra fee to have this service done. We were called to say that the car was ready and we had to pay an additional $500 which is the calibration fee plus Epic markup. Now how can you be charging markup on a service you could not and did not provide, furthermore you should have covered that calibration fee because when we took our car there it was working so you are required to return it with everything working perfectly. The cost of calibration I believe was already quoted in your labor cast. How can you be charging a markup on the parts your purchased plus your labor cost. These practices seems unethical and unfair to the customers. It's as if we are been charged twice for the service. Spoke to the manager and he was rude by trying to speak over me. Telling me I should just go pay the fee and come get my car. These practices are to be called out customers are not being treated kindly. Will never take my vehicle back to that place. read more

Caution, it's not worth your time. I waited a year for my car to be in the shop for 3 months on damage that was supposed to take only 1 month. It was returned to me twice incomplete with paneling off, light issues, and it still has issues today. I was stuck waiting 2-3 days for a call back everytime I tried to reach them, and they even fired the guy that in charge of managing my claim. My rain sensor is still not right so I went back and "Gilbert", the owner, said," you should read the manual before you come and say something is broken." Look at another body shop, don't waste your time. The owner will write you off, and complain about how you choose to pay. read more

My car had hail damage and the repairs took 2 months and a half. I would be told my car would be ready on a certain date then I would call and something else would arrive. Since my car was in the shop for several months the battery died and they had to replace it. The driver seat had burn marks, the tint to my back window was scrapped off. The logo to my car was not put back and they claimed it didn't have the logo! This is the worst place to get your car fixed and the work is horrible! I do not recommend this place! read more

The work once was done was great but took a long time. What was disappointing was that there was alot of dirt and dust inside the car while the outside was spotless dont understand that but also we were told that the deductible would be reduced 3/4's because of the wait and when came to pay this was not the case. Took truck in for hail damage estimate. Decided not to have damage fixed at this time. They charged us over $1600 to put our truck back together (including a new back glass) because they started working on it before we agreed to repairs. Since they refused to process the insurance payment, we had to pay cash to get our truck back. Now the finance company is refusing to release that portion of the money back to us because Epic says they didn't do any repairs on the truck. Horrible customer service! read more

They are currently fixing my car considering how many issues I've had with insurance company who's driver hit me everything is still looking good! Douse not communicate about when the services will be complete. In the beginning can not get anything the get the same answer for three days in a row as to the status of the car and you will have it by end of day for three days. This is after they have taken payment! When asked for the 4th time when it will be done and given the same word for word answer followed by "we don't give a time incase it's not done" then why was I told a time twice before so days off from the original completed time all for the same thing! You will be far better off going some place as they do not understand how time works and that you say 4 days you rent a car for 4 days it's been over a week and nothing read more
