Less than 2 years after our refinishing was done, we have a cracking peeling issue. Attempted to contact franchisee for our area, to discover they have gone out of business. Contacted Miracle Method (Corporate). They stated that the warranty was the franchisee's and as they are out of business, our warranty is void! Miracle Method's current web-site states the the process has a 5 year warranty, with no mention that the warranty was exclusive to the franchisee.
