Would Absolutely never return! The front door mat is covered in bird poop, which tracks bird poop off throughout the gym. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and waited two months of going almost every day to see if they clean it ever. Not once did I not see bird poop track in to the gym. Totally not okay! Our kids are barefoot in the gym with their hands on the mat that have bird crap out of them. On top of that their front desk is so confusing. I thought in the summer I tried to change my kids lessons from in the morning to the evening. Verbally they told me that their class was going to be at X time but In the confirmation email it's stated Y time. And they never seem to be able to explain why to any of my questions. And my last straw was when my son had a make up class back to back to his normal class. I spoke with them if it was OK for me to leave and come back at the end of the two hours. They said yes. I said perfect and I will be back Just before his second class ended. Luckily I came back 30 minutes before his second class ended. Come to find out his teacher did NOT make sure that he was in his second class like they said they would. So my son was waiting for me for about 25 minutes instead of being in class. He sat in the lobby by himself for 25 minutes! They didn't even call me to let me know. If you're going to say that it's OK for me to leave and let you make sure that my child will be in his second class for me THEN DO IT! NEVER COMING BACK! read more

Laura clearly has the lowest self-esteem because she likes to take out her anger on little girls who can't defend themselves. I was in the Xcel program which is more for fun rather than trying to go to the Olympics or college gymnastics. Still was only ever yelled at never given positive feedback. She made gymnastics scary for me was always scared I was gonna get yelled at when I went to a different gymnastics place. I was in seventh grade and during school when I knew I had to go to gymnastics I was scared because I knew that I was going to get yelled at. i'm now 18 and I'm still dealing with this trauma. I would go to the bathroom just to cry and I needed to just run away from the situation at the time. I had the biggest passion for gymnastics I loved it more than anything in the world and I feel like Laura stole gymnastics from me because I was always scared to go to a new gym after I left epic. At a certain point I couldn't take it anymore and my mom had no idea I felt this way and I told her I just couldn't go back. When my mom went to talk to the coaches Laura said that well "She's at that age where their priorities change" and no it wasn't my priorities changing, it was you Laura. i've had to go to therapy for years and one of my teammates has also shared the same trauma as me and for years I convinced myself that it wasn't as bad as it actually was. The worst part is Laura is one of the owners so she cannot get fired. i'm begging you, don't send your kid here. read more

My daughter loves her Gymnastic class at Epic. She is excited to go every week. She likes her teachers and is rapidly gaining new skills. I really like the new location, it's so much better for parking. I also think that they are a good price. read more

My daughters have been going here for a 2 years and the quality of instruction has been under preformed on the second year in comparison to the first year. During their second year they seem to have had a lots of new instructors and for 3 months they had new instructors for my daughter which are in two different age group every week they met which makes it hard for them to learn I also feel bad for those new instructors. Sense they have been going during the summer it has been the same. For this reason my daughters will not be coming back to Epic Gymnastics. read more

My daughter took hip hop classes and had a great time. She learned a whole dance within the first hour of being there and was kept entertained and challenged. The staff is friendly, efficient and professional. Would recommend!! read more

My 7 yr old started gymnastics 8 sessions ago which means we've been there for two years. You pay for each session which follows the seasons as the Winter session starts last week of November and on to the Spring session etc. I found the pricing and leniency for makeup classes better than other gyms we tried out however if all you're hoping your 4-8 yr old will get is an organized play date this is the place. I have watched every class as they repeatedly allow kids to learn stretching techniques incorrectly that could actually be harmful and became alarming when a "coach" pushed down on a 5 yr olds back to make her stretch further while her legs were not positioned correctly. I had asked my daughters coach to correct the knees in position she was doing as to avoid injury and was told it didn't really matter. If it doesn't matter, why spend 15 min of each class stretching? The biggest issue I have is the revolving use of "coaches" who are no more than teenagers who are gymnasts. The constant change of teenage coaches negates any ability to know the kid and their skill nor track their progress correctly. It's clear they don't have any training with coaching other than their own experience of being coached. I often sit upstairs looking down below and watch my daughter, her friends and other kids in class segregated from the coach just playing rather than any actual gymnastics. But my kid is happy with an organized play date where she gets to jump on the trampoline and only interact with the coach for sixty seconds of that before getting to go back to playing in each class. It's obvious they teach actual gymnastics for older kids which is impressive. Someday, hopefully, my girl will actually learn some real gymnastics like the 10-12 yr olds do. Lastly, the grading system they use to track your child's progress is arbitrarily decided based on one class before end of session rather than as the session goes along. I found it useless in judging her skill development but for the price, and the enjoyment my kiddo gets from her organized play date, I don't care. read more

My daughter will be three years old Come January I decided it was time to get her into some kind of sport. Her first class was free the staff,teachers are so nice. This is an amazing gymnastics company & I highly recommend it especially for your young rascals! The tuition is affordable & what a fun time to interact with your child & see them change on many levels(: cannot wait until she turns three do expand her independence. read more
