Having been our first visit to the area, we decided to go with Grapeline which we have had wonderful experiences with in other locations. For example, there was some confusion at one of the wineries we visited in terms of how many people we had in our group as well as where to seat us. Having done Grapeline in the past. I was surprised at this hiccup. Our past drivers have been a bit more engaging as well. Overall, if this had been my first experience with this company I would not have booked again. I hope this was a one time occurrence, as I have enjoyed their tours in the past & hope that future tours will live up to what I have come to expect from this company.

He worked with all my questions and gave a ton of recommendations based off what I was looking for. He gave great options for food and made all the reservations needed for the day. We were lucky enough to have Jed as our guide for the day. Pick up was on time and we went rolling on. He got us checked into the wineries and made sure we were settled and checked back to make sure we were on schedule. He was easy going even when we decided to cut the tour one winery short and grab coffee instead. He even called to cancel the reservation- super planned and thoughtful Would definitely book with Jed again if in the area.

And God forbid any paying customer -- solo or not -- has a problem with a wine tour, for we can see the level of cordiality, care, and accountability they'll encounter *** The Wine Line discriminates against solo travelers and refuses to do business with them unless you agree to a hefty solo supplement -- for a shared tour! I was once a happy repeat customer, but when trying to book last year, a representative told me, word for word (see emails in photos), this: "We are currently not servicing single passengers due to the work required... your patronage is simply untenable, financially." Wow, my patronage is simply untenable. That's straight up greed with a dose of haughty nastiness. I've never heard anything like that before, ever, from any business, and I've dealt with some truly awful and shady businesses before. Also: want to bring your pup along? No more, and especially if you are traveling solo with one: "It's just a bit burdensome and financially a loss to accommodate a single... particularly with a dog." Wow, we're a bit burdensome too. This policy and this attitude is the opposite of the welcoming spirit I experienced from them before. If they're comfortable sidelining solo guests, I can't help but wonder what other corner-cutting decisions, surcharges, and greediness now lurks behind the facade they project on Yelp and on their website. I truly regret having given them a glowing review in the past. To anyone who heeded my previous advice and ended up deceived, I apologize. Avoid. Between Rick's planning and Grant behind the wheel, our Paso experience genuinely would not have been the same without them. How do you describe the best possible wine tasting experirence? I have been wine tasting on my own, but always worried about the consequences of drinking and driving. The opportunity of having Tiffany drive us around Paso Robles and deliver us to some of the most fun wineries I have ever been to was too much to handle. First: Tiffany was prompt, early to be precise. She made sure we were ready and confirmed our destinations. While she considered our list of wineries she quizzed us on our actual tastes and asked if she could take us places she felt would suit our palates. WOW we were right in letting her be our guide. Although all four of us had slightly different tastes in wine, she took us to the best places to please all of us. There is something to be said for going to wineries off the beaten path and actually meeting the owners whose passion is the wine we enjoy. Everyone we met were hospitable and friendly and Tiffany's personal touch was present at each of our destinations. She handled all of the delivery of our purchases to our vehicle(despite some of our contesting that we should be carrying the bottles). She arranged for us to taste and enjoy a picnic lunch simultaneously which was wonderful. Her personal relationships with the winery owners afforded us some private access to the owners and their knowledge and hospitality. LUSH Limo(Travis), and Tiffany, will be our first call for our next wine tasting experience. read more

We were able to hire a driver through Lush Limousine Services. There were 4 of us women and we chose to drive the car that Lynda owned because it was the roomiest of all our cars - Lexus SUV. Nate - our driver- was excellent. He met us promptly in the lobby of our hotel (the Paso Robles Inn) and he was even a few minutes early to keep us from worrying about the logistics. He wore a very nice suit and carried a camera around his neck taking pictures throughout the day. This was such a nice experience to not have to worry about wine tasting and driving. We were able to go to 5 wineries that day including having a bistro lunch at Calcareous. Nate was very knowledgeable about the area and was an excellent driver. He drove us to the door of each winery, then went to park and collected all our purchases along the way, safely storing the wine and labeled the packages so we knew who bought what. Then he always had the car ready near the door when we were finished. He spent the entire day with us and just became our young friend and protector. I will definitely use this service again. I researched "renting a limo" thing and also going on a pre-selected winery tour bus and found that the lush limo driver hire was a very reasonable price in comparrison and offered a tremendous amount of flexibility throughout the day. read more

I highly recommended Lush Limousine. When I decided I wanted to celebrate my divorce by taking my girlfriends wine tasting, I asked my parents who they used for their annual wine tasting weekend. They have been using Travis and his drivers since before Travis started his own company. Travis returned my e-mail promptly, answered all of my questions and got us ready for a relaxing day. Alex arrived at my friend's house promptly, can't say the same for the rest of us! While he waited for us to arrive, my friend's two children were allowed to check out the inside of the limo (a HUGE hit with them) and Alex spent some extra time interacting with my friend's special needs child. Her son was so taken with Alex, he wanted to come wine tasting with us. It was precious. Once we all arrived, we discussed the few wineries we had picked out and Alex suggested another for lunch. The day unfolded perfectly. Alex made sure we were well taken care of; our purchases were taken to the vehicle, group pictures were taken, and our glasses never went dry - wine or water. We planned our trip to Paso Robles to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. On our last trip she was our DD. We looked into booking a tour on a bus, but decided we didn't want to have the constraints of going in a large group, or their winery list. And it was quite costly. We looked into Lush Limos, and they had several great options. We chose to hire a driver to drive my car because of all the great reviews. Needless to say....we were extremely pleased with our decision. Sean arrived at our hotel in Cambria on time! He was very professional, and friendly. I had a couple of wineries in mind, and also informed him that we were open to his suggestions since he was the expert in the area. It was awesome!! He took us to some great wineries. While we tasted at one winery, he was busy on the phone setting up the next winery for us to visit. He carried our box of wines, in and out of each winery. He had some great stories along the way. In lieu of a 50th birthday bash I wanted to take my three sisters and I on a fun filled weekend to Cambria and Paso Robles. Wine tasting was a must but I didn't want the worry of driving intoxicated. From the moment I spoke with Travis, the Owner of Lush Limo, I felt completely confident that I had chosen the right venue and being on a budget, I opted for them to drive our vehicle and let me say that it was still every bit the professional, fun-filled and carefree day we had hoped for. When you put four girls in a car with a hot pink purse that ends up being the main attraction, you get some pretty hysterical moments but our driver, Noah, was such a good sport and went along with our silly antics which we greatly appreciated. He was always there to carry our wine purchases, open and close our doors, and just let us be girls. We felt totally comfortable with him. This was a memorable trip! The date was 7/9/2011... We decided to get a limo for our annual girls weekend so that everyone could relax and avoid drinking and driving. Our driver Alex suggested a private wine tour and we did not regret our decision to let Alex choose our wineries. It was a wonderfully relaxing Saturday with great wine and up close and personal tastings with the winemakers themselves! Alex was a class act and he even endured the constant harassment from one of our funny and outgoing friends! We had such a magical day and one word describes our experience... CLASSY! Alex carried our purchases to the limo and he waited on us hand and foot, we truly had a memorable experience and I was the hero for the day for picking this limo service! Our limo driver, Jason of Lush Limousine, was awesome! He was our driver for a bachelorette wine tasting party in Paso Robles and not only was he a professional driver, but he went out of his way to help us throughout the experience. For example, one of my wedge shoes broke at our very first winery and he worked hard to obtain materials (packing tape and glue) to temporarily repair my shoe (so I could walk and enjoy the rest of the day). In addition, he took the time to reserve a table for us to eat lunch and retrieved everything out of the limo to be ready for us to eat. He saved us a table in a great location and it allowed us to relax and enjoy our wine tastings at the bar instead of worrying about where to sit for lunch. Furthermore, he has great suggestions on wineries to try and takes great photos. I definitely recommend Jason and the Lush limousine company. The limo was also clean and well -stocked. I had friends visiting California from out of state and we wanted to do something special for them on their Honeymoon. I hired Lush Limo to take us around Paso for the day wine tasting and we had the best time ever! Not only was our driver, Noah, right on time, but he was very professionally dressed, he knew exactly where were asked him to take us and even did a drive thru request for us when we needed food from all our wine tasting! The limo was spotless! There were complimentary beverages, champagne, water, and sodas. At the end of our trip I even received a compliementary CD with pictures Noah took while we were busy sipping our vino! He captured great candid photos and also some of the beautiful scenery surrounding us at Justin and Oso Libre wineries. We have been visiting the Paso Robles wine region for many years now and have used 5 or 6 different limousine companies over the years. My wife and friends and I used Lush Limousines for our annual wine tasting trip and boy were we surprised. Not only did they exceed our previous limousine experiences but the owner Travis set up some private tasting that were more than unforgettable. He got us into a winery called R.N. Estates that we had never heard of (which was a surprise on its own since we have been coming to this area for so long) and it was the highlight of our trip. Because of Travis' and Lush Limousines ties in the area, he was able to give us the wine tour to top all others! We will most definitely be returning to Paso Robles, and I can guarantee that Lush Limousines will be the only limousine company we ever use again. We have used a lot of limos in southern CA over the years but Lush Limosine is the best by far!!! The Customer Service is exceptional! Jesse our driver took such good care of our group of 8 wine tasting last weekend. We had been wine tasting in Paso Robles with our same group of 8 back in Nov. 2012 and used a different limo company and they were horrible, so our group was a little leary to use a limo again. My husband booked Lush Limosine at the suggestion of Justin Winery, of which we are a member, and our group was so impressed!!! I especially (being the picture taker of the group) was trilled when Jesse said he would be our photographer for the day also. This is a great service! Alex was our personal driver and he came right to the place we were staying at. He picked us up and away we went. He will suggest places if you want or you can tell him where you want to go, we let him choose and he couldn't have picked any better. They were awesome places, all unique with great tasting wines. Each winery had something different and unique about it. The whole day was a wonderful experience for my friends and I. He carried our purchases, took pictures of us and put up with our silliness throughout the day. He even brought us to the market so we could buy things for a nice dinner at home. Alex you ROCK! I can't say enough about Lush Limousine! We were in Paso Robles in September and wanted a carefree day of wine tasting. Our driver, Jesse, was on time and helped us with our lunch plans and discussed our itnerary for the day to make sure it was in line with what we were wanting to do--and it was. He was very friendly and knowledgable about the area. We loved that he took pictures at the wineries and was not intrusvie while doing so. He made our day feel so easy going and fun. My wife and I, along with another couple, recently made a trip to Paso Robles for wine tasting. Even though we have been to Paso several times, for the first time we decided to hire a driver to drive our car while we were there. For two days we had Tiffany from Lush Limousines drive us to some wonderful, and for us mostly new wineries. Tiffany was very knowledgeable and professional and fun. Although we had a number of highlights during those days, two particularly stand out: she took us to several private tastings with the winery owners and she kept an ongoing photo journal of our stops and days' activities. Ten of us women did a wine tour using Lush Limo and their driver, Mike. Their enthusiastic help and research beforehand and Mike's attentiveness and professionalism made the day delightful. At various wineries, when it was time to move on to the next reserved appointment, Mike discreetly appeared without making us feel rushed. When we wanted to change our wine tour a bit he gladly obliged. No worries! We also arranged for Mike to drive us to and from a restaurant the next evening. When that restaurant's AC went out, we scrambled to find another place that would accommodate us. My husband and I live in Southern Calif. and our friends live in Northern Calif. We have met in Paso Robles for two years now to go wine tasting. This year we used Lush Limousines for our wine tasting tour. Jesse was our driver. He was fun, personable and very knowledgeable on wine and the various wineries in the area. He knew some of the personnel at the wineries, which gave us a more personalized visit. The extra bonus was the pictures he took of us which were sent to me later on a disk. It gives us a lasting photographic memory. All in all, the experience from making the reservation, discussing the itinerary and going out in the limo to the wineries was top notch. From start to finish, our experience with Lush Limo was outstanding. Reservations were easy to make; we were staying in Cambria and requested the Personal Driver service for a tour of several wineries along the Paso Robles Wine Trail. Jorge arrived promptly and was delightful; he went above and beyond just the duties of a driver. He accompanied us inside the wineries, demonstrated an impressive knowledge about wines and the local winemakers, and was attentive to our needs in carrying our purchases back to our car. Jorge then delighted us with an off-the-beaten-track experience at the end of the day that proved to be one of the day's highlights. My boyfriend and I hired Lush for 3 days of wine tasting throughout Paso Robles. Mike and Jorge were our drives and they were both incredible! They quickly recognized what type of experience we were after and went out of their way to deliver it. Despite having the wineries that we wanted to visit already mapped out, they made suggestions along the way the stop at others that they knew we would appreciate as we had time. We took the 6 passenger SUV out this past weekend on Saturday, January 11th and had an absolute BLAST! The driver Brad (BJ) showed up 15 minutes early, ready to go! He was very professional and handled our wild group of 5 ladies very well. He was always there to help us out of the car, let us play DJ, and make great recommendations on our trip. Thank you Travis! What a great experience my friends and I had rolling through the hillside of Paso Robles with Travis. He looked out for us as if he was our big brother (although he was younger than us), made sure we got into the 'it' wineries, labeled all our purchased wine (good thinking), let us extend our trip by a couple hours, made sure the limo was in order after each stop, etc. Thanks for looking out for us and for being so polite and professional. The seats in the van reclined. Every detail was thought through from the bubbly, to the help with our plans to the champagne glass holders to make sure your glass was upright. Will was flexible and dependable. He gave us great suggestions for breakfast the following morning and was willing to extend the day, to allow an extra winery. The second day we had Sara, who was equally as lovely. She was on time and communicated well. She also added an extra stop on our way back to SLO. Ellie helped me coordinated the trip beforehand. Any request was met and exceeded. We will return and will use central coast transportation ever single time!! Why worry about driving!
