She was also dressed in what looked to be pajamas. Not a great look when doing a first class with 5 potential customers/members. After the trial class, I received texts for the next 2 months asking me if I wanted to do a trial class.... So it seems pretty unorganized. I haven't heard anything good from anyone else either. One friend had told me classes regularly end 10-15 minutes early. Another friend told me that she regularly goes to a location out of state and it's amazing there but the energy at this one is off. I have also been to BYLD and Epic. Love both of those and highly recommend BYLD!

Since I'm not a member yet, I couldn't access the facility. I waited over 20 minutes, called multiple times with no answer, and even after getting inside briefly, there was still no one available to assist. I also followed up by emailing the manager and have not received a response. For a business that requires appointments and is trying to bring in new members, this lack of communication and basic customer service is frustrating and unacceptable. It gave me zero confidence in how this location is managed.

She motivates me to wake up early each day and push myself. Jess will not let you take the easy way out, and she will push you past what you thought were your limits. She makes sure that your form is correct so that you get the most out of the exercises. She knows her clients well and will provide modifications if clients have any physical limitations. She trains beginners and those in great shape giving each person a workout to meet their needs and goals. Her group sessions are fun and the others in the work outs are supportive. I have gone to the gym many times when I didn't feel like working out because I knew once I got there Jess would motivate me and because I wanted to see the others in my work out family. This isn't a gym mill where they run through so many people an hour giving everyone the same work out. Jess truly cares about her clients and often develops personal relationships with them and is willing to change/modify work outs for people's situations.

The amount of variety of equipment that they have is impressive. They have a huge variety of classes everything from yoga to power fitness.
