Since I'm not a member yet, I couldn't access the facility. I waited over 20 minutes, called multiple times with no answer, and even after getting inside briefly, there was still no one available to assist. I also followed up by emailing the manager and have not received a response. For a business that requires appointments and is trying to bring in new members, this lack of communication and basic customer service is frustrating and unacceptable. It gave me zero confidence in how this location is managed.

I've been going to a different Club Pilates location for the past 8 months. we are moving back to…read moreLake Charles the first of April. I can't wait for South lake Charles to open. I am going through the teacher training and hope to be in studio by end of summer. Club Pilates is so fun, no routine is the same, it offers many types of classes, from relaxing stretech classes, cardio sculpt, interval training, reformer flow ( different levels of difficulty), to the level 2 challenges. They offer many sessions thru out the week and weekends. classes begin early morning all the way through evening. it doesn't take long for your body to transform in to a sculpted tone. Your aches and pains will improve. I am 54 and have neck issues, back surgery, and a total knee replacement. if I don't go to Club Pilates regularly, my aches and pains creep up on me. She was also dressed in what looked to be pajamas. Not a great look when doing a first class with 5 potential customers/members. After the trial class, I received texts for the next 2 months asking me if I wanted to do a trial class.... So it seems pretty unorganized. I haven't heard anything good from anyone else either. One friend had told me classes regularly end 10-15 minutes early. Another friend told me that she regularly goes to a location out of state and it's amazing there but the energy at this one is off. I have also been to BYLD and Epic. Love both of those and highly recommend BYLD!
