I was worried when I learned vinyasa was faster flow, but I was able to keep up with her cueing and demoing. The other people in the class were very nice too when they learned I was visiting and a novice in yoga. I was able to borrow mats and blocks for class. It was "fitness-y" enough for me to get a sweat, too (in a non-heated class). I wanted to buy a bunch of shirts but there was only one left in a size I was looking for, so I got it for my friend Sarah S. who teaches yoga. It's yoga, y'all!

Since I'm not a member yet, I couldn't access the facility. I waited over 20 minutes, called multiple times with no answer, and even after getting inside briefly, there was still no one available to assist. I also followed up by emailing the manager and have not received a response. For a business that requires appointments and is trying to bring in new members, this lack of communication and basic customer service is frustrating and unacceptable. It gave me zero confidence in how this location is managed.

She was also dressed in what looked to be pajamas. Not a great look when doing a first class with 5 potential customers/members. After the trial class, I received texts for the next 2 months asking me if I wanted to do a trial class.... So it seems pretty unorganized. I haven't heard anything good from anyone else either. One friend had told me classes regularly end 10-15 minutes early. Another friend told me that she regularly goes to a location out of state and it's amazing there but the energy at this one is off. I have also been to BYLD and Epic. Love both of those and highly recommend BYLD!
