My wife and I saw "Young Washington" in Epic Theaters and came away a bit disappointed...in the venue, not the movie. The movie was good (although I would've preferred it covered more of his life leading up to the American Revolution...but I guess that's for the sequel) but the venue left much to be desired. It was clean and the reclining seats were comfortable. The biggest issue was the seeming lack of sound insulation between auditoriums. We were in auditorium 6 and we can hear the booming sounds from an adjoining auditorium which took away from our viewing experience. That shouldn't happen. This was probably the first time we can recall experiencing this in any multiplex we've seen movies in. Disappointing to say the least. This was our first time watching a movie in Epic Theaters, being relatively new to Florida...and we might have to think twice before watching another one there. read more

Went to see the movie The Bride and was visiting disappointed , although the theater had nice recliner seats , we got up halfway through the movie and asked the Bartender which I thought was odd they the ticket attendant told us to go see her about a refund and she said if you would have left halfway through the movie we could have given your money back and it was halfway through so no refund . And I also thought 25.00 for 2 people to see a movie and that was the senior price ! Is ridiculous ! read more

My daughters went to watch an R rated movie that I paid for online and they were denied access to get in. My oldest is 19 and youngest is 15. Online it says that a minor can be accompanied by an adult, does not say anything about them having to be 21+. When they refunded them they didn't even get their full money back either! I am furious! read more

Been here several times. I love Tuesday nights great price for a midweek date night. Self service kiosks food and snacks. Very modern. Tried a drink at the bar it was overly sweet, nothing I would get again. Seats are comfortable. As most people have stated it is staffed by young kids but we have not encountered an issue. Will continue to visit. read more

This was my first time going here and our second date. It was a great and new experience for me. Self serve station and self check out, very new age and high tech. Great variety of snacks and drinks and the seats are VERY comfy. The only thing I would change is if the seats could still recline but the arm rest go up in order to snuggle if you want. Also add a full bar or a big variety of beer. read more

Every-time I go to see a movie there, the workers are always polite and friendly, the popcorn is always good, the theaters are mostly clean. They always have the new and staring movies and are ready for visitors. The atmosphere is welcoming and inviting. Went yesterday and this place Doesn't have any Diaper changing table or anything to change a baby's diaper on. I asked about it got told don't know we should but no we don't. It broke. So I said then your waiting for a new one he said no. I said why ? I don't know just don't have one . I called got told, I don't have a good explanation for that. But I agree with you ma'am but I'm just a shift manager my general manager can explain it to you better. There shouldn't have to be an explanation in this type of business how many babies come there that needs a diaper change. Not happy at all! If they cared about their customers they would have a diaper changer. You need to buy a new diaper changer. This is a good reason and a way to loose customers... read more

My husband and I went to this theater for the first time this past weekend and watched Haunted Mansion. The kiosks to buy tickets were convenient and easy. The theater was clean. The employees were all very friendly and helpful. It's really nice and relaxing to have reclining seats. At $15 a ticket for a Sunday matinee it was not a bad price. They have a bar with several cocktail options. We got an old fashioned and a Kentucky peach. Both were delicious and not skimpy on the alcohol. The concession had popcorn, nachos, pretzels, and a variety of ice cream and candy. Rating from F to A +++, I give it an A+++. read more

Went to the movies at Epic theater. The whole experience was wonderful.. easy to get tickets, time we went 4pm wasn't crowded, the seats are so comfortable, truly great experience. It is our go to theater from now on. Movie Twisters was thrilling and excellent on the big screen they have. read more

Staff was a little off putting - a couple of them were nice and acknowledged us, the others just looked at us and didn't say anything.

First off let's get the good out the way. The seats are amazing lol. These kids need to be trained. The kiosks are all broken. The employees (kids) are all hanging out on the other side of the wall talking .. each time we come. The girl charged for a beer then realized the tap was out. The soap dispenser broken in bathroom. The girl ripping ticket took the other seat number we needed to know. And said the movie is that way didn't even look up and when I came back out of bathroom was doing a tik tok dance looking down still. This place is barely ran but ran by 16 year olds with one agenda...do as little as possible to help out. I know this is everywhere but work ethic used to be a good thing for kids growing up. I busted my butt at chic Fila when I was 16. It made me stronger and more capable. It kinda of shocks to see no manager to guide these kids at all. Whoever the owner is .. wake up! read more

My family and I have been coming to this movie theater for the last five years and I have noticed that within the last two years it has gone down. the seats always feel sticky and dirty with popcorn everywhere trash cans full and the last time I went we saw roaches, big and small when I complained about no one seemed to care another family that was there said they've been complained about the roaches too and nothing changed. It seems like this movie theater has no one managing the place a lot of teenagers working there with no guidance. read more

Love this theater, reclining seats are great, but....... Why does the volume have to be cranked up so loud??? It is so ridiculously loud that I have to cover my ears. It's more than loud enough to cause permanent hearing loss. If I wanted to be surrounded by this kind of deafening roar I would go to a rock concert, not the movies. First time back to the theater since the start of the pandemic. Marvel has a way of bringing me out of my hobbit hole! Went to see a showing of Shang Chi on a Sunday matinee. The theater was practically empty! The staff was on hand to help with the ticket purchase and the candy and popcorn was self serve. I had paid extra for the XL Theater. And I would do it again! The seats were great and the screen was huge. Even the sound was up a notch as well. I can tell you that I have a 60in television at home, but there is nothing like going to the theater and getting immersed in the full experience again! I'll see you at the movies! read more

My wife and I attended a 1230pm showing of top gun on a Wednesday, upon entering the theater we saw it had trash everywhere, on the seats, the floor and the garbage can was over flowing. No one had attempted to clean the theater after the prior showing. The seats were so disgusting, they has popcorn all over the seats and butter on the seat and arms of the chair. Unfortunately everyone that walked in to sit after us had the same issue. I had to go get napkins from the lobby and wet them just to clean our area to sit. At these prices it should be a question about a clean theater. Very disappointing for a new state of the art theater. The movie and sound were outstanding and once we cleaned them, the seats were comfortable. read more

This was a good place when it first opened but the past 6 months or so it has really gone downhill. It's always dirty. If you want something other then popcorn the staff looks at you like you have ten heads. The kiosks no longer work. It seems like there is no leadership and no one properly running the place. Ok so the theater itself was decent the chairs were comfy but the garbage from the previous movie was still their. I bought tix online and they booked 2 different theaters for the same movie so people had our seats as well w no refunds given. The popcorn is grab and go and than you have to wait on another line to get a cup to fill your soda and pay. There was a spill of soda and instead of cleaning it they just threw a caution floor wet sign. The butter dispensers were out of order. The screen and audio were good. This place has the potential to be great but obvious lack of management and care from the employees seems like it won't be salvaged. read more

We visited this movie theater for a 2:20 viewing of Free Guy. Not many people in the theater. Screen and sound was good. Seats are comfortable. Theater and bathrooms are clean. We are from out of state and decided to go to a movie. We bought the one free refill popcorn and a coke. When we went back to get our free refill, we were told that they were out of popcorn. They did not offer any other treats as a substitute. This was in the afternoon and the entire theater was out of popcorn! What good is buying popcorn with a free refill when there is no popcorn!?!? To me this is a BIG problem. I love popcorn and feel it enhances my movie experience. I think that they owe me at least half my money back on my popcorn because I only got half the amount I was entitled to. read more

Took the kiddies to see Raya and the Last Dragon and it was really great. The snacks were decent (the jack and coke was a little weak for what it cost, hence only 4 stars, not 5), the theater was nearly empty, just us and maybe 8 - 10 other people, the seats were very comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. 9/5/2023 We go to Epic every week. Although the seats and theaters themselves are awesome, the concession section is a problem too many times. The straw that broke the camels back.....we bought sodas only to discover something was wrong with all the machines and you either got water or pure syrup. OK, stuff happens...but the person manning the register knew there was a problem and sold it to us anyway. It was an epic hassle trying to get a refund from the manager of the day. On going issues with concessions: You cannot read the receipts because they are using ticket paper instead of register paper. Consistently out of stock, either napkins, straws, butter, salt, all or some Some employees appear clueless and need more troubleshooting training, including some managers. Good things...the bathrooms are always clean, the theaters are clean for the most part and the seats are amazing and always work. There are managers who are helpful and knowledgeable. We actually do love Epic. Just need some tweaking. read more

Loved it! I know its Covid but we needed to get out!!! The chairs recline and are comfy. Im a small guy so me and my wife fit in one chair lol. We had lots of fun watching the new Nicholas Cage movie with our daughter it was called Wallys Wonderland. It was a awesome movie. The concession stand was like every movie theater expensive but the food was good. Its brand new basically and everything is so clean! read more

I went to this theater Saturday, April 2023. The theater was disgusting. All the trash cans were overflowing. The floors were filthy with popcorn . The concession stand line wrapped around the lobby and there was only one person trying to make popcorn and couldn't keep up. Only one person was taking tickets and bless his heart. He was so kind but that line was wrapping around the lobby as well. . basic cleanliness or customer service. read more

Well after a tough 2 years of not going to the movies my husband and I finally caved in. We first saw Spider-Man and Later Top Gun Maverick this theater is awesome staff is super nice the theater is very clean and they even have a full service bar if your so inclined. The seats are very comfortable and roomy as well and they also have seating for the disabled. Join their rewards program and on Tuesday you can see a movie for $6. What a deal! read more

My husband is disabled and was forced to walk with his walker all the way around the lobby and through the concession area because they would not open the ropes to let him pass directly to the theatre hall. The "friendly" staff that other reviews mention could not have cared less how difficult this was for him. We would have asked for a refund and left at that point but we didn't want to disappoint our grandchild. Also, take your own snacks, their concession is a major rip-off. We spent almost $50 for minimal snacks for 3 people. We could have gone out to dinner for less. read more
