The facility is draped and saturated with winning trophies and banners. Great coaches here, and got to meet some amazing families and players as well. This club is located at the heart of Honolulu. Facility is top notch...has 3 courts, weight room, meeting rooms, film rooms, recovery room, lounge area outside and inside. Parking might be tight but no worries, you will find parking. Yes, his team does win, but at the expense of his girls' mental health and referees.

In addition to i9 Sports, Police Activities League, and many other groups offering basketball play during a specified season, there were also weekly basketball clinics where we could just drop in. One such clinic is run by 808 Basketball Club held at Roosevelt High School gym on Sundays. The year round clinic teaches fundamentals and is for boys and girls from preschool through high school. The participation fee is $8, but discounted to $5 if you purchase and wear an 808 Basketball Club t-shirt. Each player needs to bring a basketball. I could tell my son was nervous, but he did his best to follow the coaches and other players. Afterwards, he told me he really liked it and wanted to return so thank you to 808 Basketball Club!

We walked in a bit late, but they didn't make us feel bad about it, your child just jumps right in. I liked how it was casual, but not chaotic. The instructors taught a variety of moves, the kids don't get bored. The instructors are helpful and everyone who attends is encouraging. Kids would demo moves and everyone would cheer them on after their demo! I liked being able to sit and watch and get some good pics in! I like how they group the kids by age and how the kids get some free time to shoot hoops. For $8 and an hour and a half you really can't go wrong! Bring money for ono snacks after!

I signed my son up for one class for fielding workout. I went online to their website where there…read moreare all the classes with specific time slots. They only allow a certain number of students, so when that is filled they will close the class. You pay online and show up for your class. Parking is tricky since it is a small parking lot. There are a few customer stalls, but it is limited. When facing the warehouse it is in the far right inside corner. You must walk upstairs to the second floor (no elevator). There is a small waiting area for parents and the rest of the warehouse has Astro Turf and netting for practice. There's no check in desk, so you just come during your time and go see the coach. My son was having a bad day, so he missed the first 20 minutes of class. However, once he went and tried it, he ended up having a lot of fun. We have not had the opportunity to go back yet due to a busy winter season, but I am hoping to put him in some private lessons.

It's a dog eat dog lot at the Honolulu location. Friendly good morning when I came in, and checked in with my phone number since I have a membership. It's smaller than Honolulu but they use the space effectively. After I got off the stairmill, I walked around to look at the equipment. He: Hey Mike Me: Yes. He: Your membership only gives you access to the location you signed up at. Me: Oh, I didn't know that. I signed up online. He: But you are good to work out here today. You just might want to look over your membership. I think there's a level that gives you access to all. Me: Thanks! Jason was great! Polite and courteous and made me feel welcomed even though I didn't read the fine print...LOL! I would definitely be back if I change to the next level of membership. Again, it has a great layout!

I have also been working with a trainer there, Coach Joleen, for over two years and she has been a great coach. She is extremely knowledgeable, supportive and encouraging.
