I am very familiar with weight training, but have never had a personal trainer. I have been working with Ingrid for four years now and will continue to give my body her expertise. Ingrid has routines for all body muscle groups. She is keen to watch and correct my form and knows when I need to change up to my routine. As a licensed massage therapist, she is also in tune with my aches and pains, and is invaluable in targeting my "muscle knots". The ease of setting up our appointments is easy as a text and she is accommodating to my schedule.
