Not sure why the orders weren't being headed out as the workers looks scared yet the cook was just pumping them out. Not sure I could say I could ever recommend this wings and things however, wings and things in general is very good if it's actually done right. Save your time and money and just go to another one. I usually order here once a week everything is great aside from missing items every once in a while. I asked for my strips extra wet as usual...usually they give me a tad bit more sauce than usual. My family and I visit this location whenever we're in the mood for wings and it seems like each time we go the service is worse and worse each time. The food is great but the employees make you feel as if you are bothering them. I understand it gets busy and one must be patient but the employees don't make it any better with being rude , slamming cups on the counter, I witnessed an already upset customer and the employee had to just simply apologize for the wait and instead proceeds to argue with the customer. I share a family pack boneless 1/2 honey bbq, 1/2 hot, with my boyfriend, for a few years now. They know me by name and we do not go anywhere else for wings. I call ahead everytime and wait about 5 mins when i get there. The bread is always fresh, slightly butter sweet and thick not airy. The wings are coated with sauce and there is enough to dunk my breadstick in too. The bleu cheese does lack flavor and it is probably a reason why we use a lot of it. They opened a location in san marcos and i was surpised that it was a lil bit different than the vista location. So, we come here to this vista one everytime, and have never had a bad experience. The online ordering doesn't allow me to order a family meal with 1/2 of my order in one flavor and the other 1/2 in a second flavor so I always have to call it in. Boo. Other than that the bread sticks and garlic parmesan wings are pure deliciousness! To me the Family Meal is the best way to go (24 wings, 8 breadsticks, lots of carrots and celery and ranch sauce), otherwise it gets real pricey. I love this place. I love that there are so many choices of sauce. I started out with plain and now I'm up to medium buffalo. Maybe next time I will go for hot. I always get the chicken strips, they are breaded so nicely and they are always nice and juicy. Chicken kinda creeps me out, so I appreciate that they use white meat and they drench it in sauce so I don't have to focus on anything other than flavor. The meal includes two bread sticks and carrots and celery which makes a rather nice meal for 8 bucks. My only complaint is probably irrational. Stuck with giving 1 star when the Vista site deserves none. We ask for extra sauce for breadsticks. The last several times the order has been wrong. Tonight was the same problem.
