She talked down to me on several occasions and injured my hurt leg (I am disabled) by slamming the foot rest down with no warning. I would never go back to her. In contrast to the horrific experience with Alaina, I received great care from Lucy, who wheeled me around in a wheelchair, and Allison, who took all of my medical information down. I heard from Lucy that Dawn, the other PA, was very popular. I will try her instead next time. DO NOT GO TO ALAINA UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE TREATED LIKE A PIECE OF MEAT.

Well, sadly I was turned away and was told I had to reschedule. This was my first initial appointment so it was so disappointing to not be seen. It's unfortunate that patients go sit in waiting rooms 30-45 mins patiently waiting to be seen, then wait another 10-20 mins in a back room waiting for the Dr. but are not giving any consideration if we are running behind. Life needs considerations. This must be an awesome prosperous establishment since they are able to just turn people away. I will never know.

First they gave me localized anesthetic numbing injections on my scalp, then they cut it out, then they had to cauterize the bleeders, suture up the hole in my scalp with dissolving internal sutures and suture the final incision. Lots of unexpected trauma to the area on my head. I was told that if I had any questions or concerns post op, send a message to the practice via "patient portal". I had sent a message on the patient portal Wednesday afternoon around 1pm stating that I was in a lot of pain after the numbing injections wore off and asked if they could prescribe me something for the pain or if they had any other recommendations. I did not hear anything the rest of the day. Today, I sent another message via patient portal around 9am. I STILL have not heard anything from them, so I called the office at 2:30pm and couldn't get thru to anyone, so I left a voicemail. I am 48 hours post op and have been in a lot of pain. For them to let a patient go unanswered for 30 hours post op with concerns and questions is UNACCEPTABLE. It's 5/22 at 3:00pm-- I am still experiencing pain and have not heard from the office. This is unacceptable post op patient care. I will not be returning and will not be recommending them. UPDATE; It's 5/26- 4 1/2 (memorial day excluded) days since I've contacted the office with my concerns regarding the surgical procedure I had done by them. I STILL have not heard ANYTHING from them. This is beyond diabolical behavior from a medical office that performed surgery on a patient that has reached out EVERY DAY with medical concerns. I'm in utter disbelief.

Now I don't have to wait months to see one of either two original doctors (Holzberg or Ling). Today I went in to see Dr. Dyer regarding a suspicious lesion/mole that recently appeared on my back. Concerned that it might be malignant, I decided to have Dr. Dyer peek at it and he confirmed that it was just a benign skin growth. Phew! Can never be too sure, glad the folks at Avail were able to give me a quick appointment. I was in and out within 10 minutes. That's quick service I will come back again for should I need to.

My mother said her experience was truly unpleasant as this provider did not take the time to address my mothers concerns. She did not even pay attention to my mom when speaking. She went in to get checked as she is starting to get spots on her face and arms, but this provider did not even look at the spots. Only asked her if she wore sunscreen. She did not evaluate the spots at all and gave her an over the counter aveeno lotion. She also told my mom that insurance might not cover it, and it was pricey. The lotion was $15. First off, I hope not all the providers at this location pocket count their patients. Second, I hope other providers are empathetic of their patients, and actually take the time to properly address their concern and actually evaluate their skin. Based on my mom's experience I would not recommend this place. The provider did not care to address her concerns and assumed what my mom could or could not afford. Instead, save yourself money and/or your insurance and just get over the counter aveeno lotion or go to an actual location where they care about their patients.

I was able to book a same day appointment, which typically never happens at most spas. The level of customer service and attention I received was 10/10. I ran a few minutes behind due to difficulty finding the location. It's tucked away just off of the main highway however the owner had no problem directing me, nor did she rush through me service. After introducing herself, I was able to complete paperwork. We discussed my skincare needs and I was able to prepare for my services. Each step of the way I was told what was going on and following my services provided with recommendations on maintaining my new glow. I would add, if you're used to a spa that is not independently owned and fully staffed, this may not be the place for you. The owner did everything seamlessly with little interruption. Although t another client did call she excused herself, apologized and quickly returned. I was so relaxed with the music and facial steamer it was quite hard to notice. While you can book online, I would recommend calling if you have any questions. I'd definitely be back, and glad I found a spa in this part of town. Give it a try if you're in the area.

My review is based on the office not necessarily the doctor. EVERY.SINGLE.TIME. We come for an appointment we wait close to an hour! It's horrible! We've also had appointments canceled on us at the last minute. It's extremely unprofessional to make patients wait such extended periods of time, especially with young children who do not have the most patience. There are no toys to keep them busy and it's often so packed there is only standing room available in the wait room.
