I had been an established patient at this office before it was purchased and folded into the Epiphany Network, whose sole goal appears to be acquisition and growth, as well as large, increased profits for the private equity firm providing the financial support for these buyouts. I am now charged $169.56 just to make an appointment, and this is with being an " established patient"?? I hate to see what others have to pay if they are not an established patient. While I have really trusted Dr Riley Greene, I can no longer justify the office's new rates and structure. Adding extra personnel adds extra expense and benefit costs, and the patients are footing the bill. So, I will not return. I hope their new business model pans out. FR read more

I do not recommend Epiphany. My wife made an appointment for me right before their acquisition by Epiphany when the business was called Peak. The appointment was supposed to be $100 and without telling us I showed up to a different business with a $300 appointment fee which I wasn't told about until checkout after my appointment. I had a minor freckle removed and tested so my total came to $549 which was pretty unbelievable for a 20 minute appointment. Afterwards the office told me I was supposed to get a refund. A week later the billing department called with a totally different breakdown of the price structure to equal the same amount which sounds an awful lot like they just reshuffled the price to avoid a refund. Very shady and very dissatisfied with that experience. read more

He's an excellent doctor with great bedside manner, a wealth of experience and very caring. Do not go here. I went with a lesion that wouldn't heal. He said he thought it was squamous cell. He did a biopsy, said absolutely nothing during the procedure much. My assumption was he would let me know if it was positive & we would go from there. A week later I got a letter in the mail stating it was squamous cell cancer & that he'd gotten it all at the time of biopsy. I didn't like the letter thing & asked for a copy of the pathology report. The pathology report said 'DEEP MARGINS POSITIVE", meaning he didn't get it all. It said "treated with ED&C at time of biopsy". This doesn't ensure it was all removed. I had to go to UC Dermatology and have my arm cut open to rebiopsy & be sure all cancer was removed. Was told by them & other doctors this is "poor medicine". UC Dermatology told me based on my description, it likely was some sort of cancer that is usually superficial. My guess is this MD was betting on the odds that he got it all because he clearly wasn't looking at specimens as he cauterized. I would go somewhere more reputable than this place. This is absolutely NOT the way any dermatologist should treat potential skin cancer or their patients. read more

Made an appointment, confirmed with rude front desk lady everything was squared away with insurance. Two months later still hassled by these people for bills claiming our insurance was not confirmed. Front desk lady continues to be rude and unhelpful. It's been a mess dealing with these people. It's all a money laundering scheme. read more

My old office refused to see me for three months when I had a rash on my face. Peak Dermatology got me in quickly even though I was a new patient. I got to see the doctor, not a PA or nurse. Dr. Green is wonderful. He is kind, thorough, and uses up to date medications unlike the previous doctor I used to go to. The staff is friendly and professional. read more

Not only is he expert in diagnosing and treating skin issues, but his broad medical knowledge permits him to relate skin issues to other medical conditions. I hear great things about Dr. Greene. However, I had Dr. Serota. I went into Peak Dermatology to have concerning red spots on my torso evaluated (one of which turned into a serious abscess) and a blemish on my nose. Upon entering the facility, I was shown to the examination room by a nurse who had an insincere composure. Shortly after this, Dr. Serota stepped in. As I explained my symptoms to Serota, I could see his eyes gloss over. His inattentiveness was very condescending; there were multiple instances I noticed where he practically rolled his eyes, broke eye contact, and moved about the room while I was explaining what I thought may have been going on. Luckily, he did solve my concern about the blemish on my nose, but Serota was useless when it came to giving an evaluation of the spots on my torso. After asking him if there was anymore he could say/do to help mitigate the spots or at least trace how they might've derived, he acted annoyed and implied he wanted me out of his office. I was surprised at is how this appointment went, especially considering Peak Dermatology's current near-5-star rating. When you're already going through pain and concern about your body, the last thing you want is to have a professional basically say there's nothing wrong and cut the appointment short, as if you aren't already supporting their business. I don't know if Dr. Serota was having a bad day, or if this is just his temperament, but because of this experience, I do not recommend going to Peak Dermatology. read more

Dr Greene and his staff are the absolute best! I have sent my entire family to Dr Greene. I have been seeing Dr Greene for over six years and I have NEVER had anything but an exemplary experience. I see him for normal dermatology care and injectables. The clinic has parking right next to the building. The office is updated and very clean. Lorraine always has a smile on her face as soon as you walk through the door and handles all billing and scheduling questions quickly. The phones are very busy and I'm always impressed on her ability to multi-task with a smile on her face. I can always get in to be seen within a reasonable time frame - other dermatologists have made me wait up to four months to be seen. The staff is always professional and courteous. The office is always running on time so mine is never wasted by sitting in the waiting room for long periods waiting to be seen. Dr Greene shows how much he cares about his patients by giving the time necessary to answer all questions etc. I have never felt rushed out if there. He consistently cares more about patient care than profit by being realistic in your care and not advising you to do unnecessary procedures. I have sensitive skin and HS so I'm prone to skin problems. He's managed to get my HS completely under control which no other dermatologist was able to do. He does a fantastic job on my injectables. He never overfills me and keeps my face looking natural so none of my friends have a clue I even get them. He's without a doubt my favorite doctor! read more

First time visit today and I have to share my horrible experience with both Doctor Green and his nurse Toni . I parked at 8:59am for my 9am appointment and walked right in to their first floor office. Parking is just next to the building and very easy and quick. I filled out paperwork for about 5 minutes then my name was called back by Nurse Toni. She didn't introduce herself, smile, or ask how my day was doing. (No welcome in any way). I was then walked back to a room where she started asking me questions about why I was there today. I brought it to her attention that I didn't even know her name so she then said "Toni". I mentioned that usually a nurse will introduce themselves. She gave me a reason of the lack of introduction for them being behind schedule today. I was then told to undress. Not 2 minutes later, a knock at the door. I was half naked and said "still undressing". It was Doctor Greene who then gave me a couple more minutes and entered the room at 9:11am. Upon meeting him, he seemed pleasant. We got started right away with a full skin check to check for new skin cancer spots. In walks nurse Toni with no knock knowing I could be exposed out of my gown during the skin check. She stood in the corner until Doctor Greene told me no new cancer spots then Toni exited without saying anything. After her exit, I shared with Doctor Greene that Toni's bedside manner was horrible. He then proceeded to tell me it was because I was late to my appointment!!! (Which I was not-I walked in the door right at my 9am slot). Doctor Greene confirmed he only allots 20 minute increments for appointments. So hold on...as a new patient I was not told to get there early to fill out paperwork or emailed the paperwork in advance to complete, and was undressed and starting a skin check by (9:11am he made sure to state) . He said I, the patient, didn't get back to the room until 9:05am. I guess he didn't take in consideration of me being a new patient needing to fill out their paperwork. This gets worse folks. At this point I started to just feel like a 20 minute appointment organ of skin to them. I felt very unvalued as a human and patient and started to cry a little. The look on Doctor Greene's face was horrible! "Ah, I hate it when new patients come and cry on their first time" he said!!!! "Wow, this must be a pattern for your office then" I replied. He quickly stated "no". He agreed that their tight schedule is no excuse for poor bedside manner and apologized. He then stated maybe our relationship as patient and doctor wasn't a good fit. At this point I was feeling even more de-humanized when I did nothing wrong. If I was going to be late, I definitely would have called to give them the courtesy heads up. Hold on, it get's worse! He exited the room and started speaking to Nurse Toni on the other side of the door. Apparently he thinks their doors are sound proof, which they are not. I could hear everything as I was getting dressed. He started to talk in a demeaning way to nurse Toni stating that they need to "fucki*g eat crow and deal with the situation". I didn't realize being kind to patients was "fuck*ng eating crow" After paying my $40 co pay, I advised nurse Toni and Lorrain the receptionist, that they may want to let Doctor Greene know his doors are not as think as he may thick and that I heard the whole conversation about "fucki*ng eating crow" This may explain why the staff at Peak Dermatology may be so rude. I can see that other reviews on here report poor staff service. It appears that the toxic and anal environment is stemming down from Doctor Greene. If 20 minute increments of dermatology is all you need by a doctor and staff who care more about staying on schedule than their manners and retention of their patients, then by all means...check out Peak Dermatology. But if you appreciate being treated like a human, and not a piece of skin, who wants a doctor and nurse who cares to get to know you as a person, please search elsewhere for a doctor who will be monitoring and caring for your largest organ on your body! Please let me know if you have found a caring dermatologist in the Littleton area as I'm gong to keep looking. read more

I saw Dr Green last year and he seems very nice and through. So I booked another appointment the following year. Despite I had to wait 2 months for the appointment, and my insurance was the same as before, I was embarrassed in front of several people in the waiting room, when the reception announced that the doctor would not accept my insurance and asked me to leave. I was scheduled for a first time appointment hours prior due to an opening that came up (otherwise I would have had to wait several weeks). I relayed that I had never been there and would do my best to find the location and parking with the recent heavy snow fall. I had trouble finding both and called the receptionist who didn't provide me with the help I needed as I was still unable to find the location given her (limited) directional assistance. I very quickly received a $50 no-show bill and called to relay that I didn't think it was fitting given the circumstances. I was told the Dr. would not budge on the fee and I find this to be highly unprofessional. read more

I submitted a contact form on their website and waited a week to make an appointment but never heard back. I then called and the phone was answered with "Peak Dermatology Can you hold please thank you" all ine one breath and was then immediately placed on hold. I can't say enough about Dr Greene. His knowledge and bedside manner are outstanding. He is very calming when you may be worried about something or uncomfortable and makes you feel at ease. I've sent my husband to him as well and he had nothing to say about Dr. Greene other than how kind he is. I was worried a couple months ago about a mole (that turned out to be normal..phew). I went to Peak Dermatologie's website and sent an email to get an appointment as soon as possible because I had so much anxiety. He PERSONALLY wrote me back on a Saturday and assured me that he would fit me in on Monday and he did. How often do you see such compassion and genuine caring in a Dr, esp a specialist (no offense other Dr's, lol)?? I went to Dr. Howe about 10 months ago looking for a solution to my acne that had caused some scarring on my face. I had tried many different topical and oral treatments to no avail. After talking we decided I would start accutane, which completely cleared my acne. I have been off the drug for about 3 weeks, and everything looks good. He was very helpful every time I went in and made sure to spend time answering any questions I had, and talking me through the different side-effects I was having. On a couple of occasions he called me outside of appointment time where I talked with him about some concerns and it really was nice having a Dr. that cared about my overall health! I recently moved to Littleton and needed to find a new Dermatologist for my annual skin check. I found Dr. Greene and Peak Dermatology through reading positive Google/Yelp reviews. They luckily were accepting new patients and was able to get an appointment a couple months out (which seemed like a common theme across the board with Dermatologists). I had a great experience. The staff was very friendly. Dr. Greene has a great bedside manner and if there were any spots I was concerned about, he talked me through them on why he wasn't concerned about them. He told me what I should look for going forward and referred me to different type of skin products that might help with any issues I am having. Overall, if you are looking for a Dermatologist that will listen to your concerns and provide guidance, this should be a place for you. read more

Dr. Greene has an okay bedside manner and he listens, kind-of, but I can't help but feel a bit rushed the two times I've been there. I think he's a competent dermatologist, although I haven't liked all of the recommendations for interventions (due to prescription side effects). His front desk receptionist, Lorraine, is very personable and nice. Scheduling is hard...when I booked, they were 7, 8 weeks out. My experience today with his assistant, Toni (Tony?), was awful. She was snappy, rolling her eyes, huffing and sighing. She was not listening to what I said and seemed angry I wanted to talk to the doctor prior to getting dressed in a robe or, more importantly, having something removed. I just wanted to discuss the plan and mention something new and more concerning than the other reason I was there. I told him briefly what happened but he seemed relatively unconcerned and did not apologize for what I felt were rude behaviors from his assistant. If I were to return, I would not agree to have Toni participate in my care or treatment. Dr. Greene lost points with me too for not apologizing for his staff member. Update: Something I wanted removed apparently was just biopsied and...you guessed it, now it's recommended to be removed. Another visit for what reason? Why wasn't this done the first time??? I'm sufficiently frustrated to look elsewhere for continued care. read more

I went in recently for something small which probably could have been not examined and been fine, but I'm nervous about potential skin cancer due to my genetics. The office appears to have a new team which I was surprised by, but everyone was super nice and helpful. They did seem busy but never put out and remained calm, professional and friendly. My only suggestion is that I was able to hear the phone conversations the doctor was having with other patients right outside the exam room I was in. It could be a spacing issue (lack there of) or thin walls, but as a patient, I was uncomfortable hearing personal details about other patients. It's not a negative, just maybe there could be another option for the doctor to make calls elsewhere? I felt bad that I could not get away from listening. If space is the issues, maybe try overhead music to distract? Just a suggestion! Thanks for all you do and for taking care of me! read more

Front office is so rude. Always impolite on phone. Appointments are always rushed. Doctor was very nice. I'd rather never speak to front desk lady again. She pays more attention to her phone then patients. When she does talk to you , you feel like your bothering her. This was my first visit to a dermatologist. Not very impressed! read more

I am sad to say I can only give this practice 1 star. Dr. Greene himself is a nice enough person, however his office staff and the way business is conducted at his practice is poor at best. I had been a patient for several years and had, up until recently tolerated the attitude of his staff. As I am on a Biologic medication, I am required by the insurance company to visit my Dermatologist every 6 months. I had been getting contacted every day by the pharmacy everyday that they had been trying to get ahold of someone at Peak Dermatology about a re-authorization and that no one there would return their call. Having taken the last of my medication, (required Weekly), I called to make an appointment to see Dr. Greene so that they could verify that everything was fine to renew my prescription. Having done that, they would call the insurance company and pharmacy to authorize my prescription refill. After a week, (now out of medication), I still was unable to fill my prescription and continued to have the pharmacy tell me that Dr. Greens office would not return their calls. So, I called Dr. Greens office. Sadly no one I talked to could help me and they said I had to deal with their "Biologics coordinator" - I spent 2 weeks, calling the "Biologics coordinator" almost every day with polite and detailed information, just asking for a return call and a status on the authorization for my prescription (now 3 weeks past when I needed to take my injection). I also noticed that my prescription had been changed and on my final message to the "Biologics coordinator" asked if she could correct the prescription to be my normal dosage that I had been taking for years. After no communication from Dr. Greene's office, I decided to call the main phone number again and ask if someone could help me as the "Biologics coordinator" would not return any of my messages. I also asked if someone could leave a note for Dr. Green to correct my prescription. I was put on hold then told that Dr. Green had changed my prescription without discussing it with me. I asked if I could talk to him or if he could call me back and was told that they were busy with patients (getting the impression that I was not) and that if I wanted to talk to Dr. Greene, I would have to make an appointment. (a month and a half out) Being over 4 weeks late and now feeling the negative effects of being without my medication, I decided to find a practice that would at least be polite and return my calls. I found such a place in Littleton, that accepted my insurance, at 1420 W. Canal Ct. in Littleton. Not only could I get an appointment in a timely manor they were polite, willing to help, and even helped me get a dose of the medication I needed immediately while they worked to get my new prescription processed in a timely manner. I will be giving that practice 5 stars for their wonderful service. read more
