I went to get it a week later, and they told me it was the fan and they don't fix fans. All that money for nothing. Took it to LAPC and they fixed it in 2 days for half the price. Great customer service, honest and open about the price up front. I will only be going to them from here on out. Best Buy got their last dime from me.
