HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!! BEWARE!!!!!!! SCAMMERS Scammers!!! I've never had a YELP account and never really wanted to review places before!!! That all has changed thanks to this shit hole of a place!! I'll start by saying that they advertise fast service and good prices! Well I went in to get my Iphone screen fixed due to minor cracks. I was quoted $80 dollars at first then it magically changed to $120 because the so-called LCD screen was damaged too. I'm not a phone expert nor do I care of figuring out what the issue was! I just needed my screen fixed! So I waited about 1 1/2 till the phone was done which goes against there so called fast service!!! When I'm about to pay I get asked to place a review on yelp, which it felt kind of weird because I told the guy that I'll do it later... well he insisted and states "can you do it now" surely I didn't at the time and didn't even care for it!... Literally 1 hour later the screens blacks out again. I call and tell them what's happening and they reply with "yea just bring your pink slip and we'll look at it" BULLCRAP!!!!! I go back to the store a day later and explained what happen and who I spoke with at the time I called. They accused me of dropping my phone and that it was my fault! They never even took the time to hear me out!!! I was baffled that I the customer was being treated and accused of something that I didn't do!!! The so called phone technician stated that the only way the screen blacks out is due to dropping it! i felt like I was lied too! Being accused of something you didn't do and paying $120 for nothing was a total smack in the face!!! They insisted that it was my fault and that they weren't going to do anything unless I paid an extra 60 bucks!!!! I'm so pissed that I'm making it my job to post bad reviews on this guys page for 120 days till I feel good about the money I lost and the embarrassment that they put upon me because they accused me of dropping my phone! Your attitude sucked and I hope other people speak up and rate your shitty service and lack of knowledge!!! I finally dropped and broke my iPhone 5s that I have been taking really god care of and waiting for the iphone 6 so close but it had to happen I was next door at Roma deli and noticed this place right next door is an iphone repair facility so after lunch I decided to walk in here and see what's going on and wow this place is like a mini mall they have a smoke shop in here cell phone shop they sell phones repair phones and do payments etc. from. The second I walked in I was greeted with a smile asked if I needed help but I wanted to look around after I was ready I pulled out my phone and showed the guys they said it wasn't a problem they can fix it for me in 15 minutes I asked how much and he said $70 flat out the door I said let's do this the tech walked to the back with my phone and came back in about 11 to 12 minutes and my phone looked like it was brand new I was so happy and that's not it they even gave me a screen protector for a really good price it's pretty much another layer of tempered glass that goes over the original screen to protect it. When I read the reviews of this place they are close to 300 reviews and have 5 stars I'm impressed they got really good prices professional service they make sure you walk out of here a 100% satisfied. While repairing my phone the guys working here are so friendly they will talk to you and give you that one on one attention on explaining things about your phone they had an answer for every question I asked very knowledgeable staff. No wonder they got great reviews I couldn't find any one else in the valley with great prices great customer service and so many 5 star reviews I'm sending everyone I know to this place they even gave me a 30 day review against manufacturer defects if the screen acts up or anything but they did say the warranty does not cover physical damage which is understandable I mean I can't expect to break my screen again and walk in there saying warranty it please lol thanks fast fix team you guys rock read more

So I decided to take my chances and went in talk about customer service they were so friendly and knowledgeable explained to me that my led was broken and again they said it will take 15 minutes took care of the paper work and in went my phone and they live up to their name my phone was out of repair in exactly 10 minutes I have to be honest I was shocked the guy explained to me that the repair comes with a 30 day warranty as long as I don't break it again or drop it in water I think that is great. I never leave Yelp reviews because I don't care for them but from the second I called these guys until my phone was repaired looking brand new it was a very great experience these guys made my day. And since I got my phone fixed with them they offered me a tempered glass screen repair for a very good price and installed it for me I did not know anything like this existed until they showed me and I was so excited about this. I hope that I do not break my phone again but if I do I will definitely be back and I will highly recommend anyone with a broken phone to bring it to these guys I already have friends and family coming here since I also put them up on my Facebook and ig. THESE PEOPLE ARE TERRIBLE!! I see there are inexplicably high reviews for this place. After being here, and finding out what it's actually like, I feel these reviews must be either fraudulent or all from people who had little or no interaction with the shaders who run it. If you read further into the reviews, you'll find that anyone who was unfortunate enough to have any interaction with the people, have nothing good to say. This afternoon, I purchased a glass item from them which the store clerk put in a plastic bag with no protective paper what so ever. Go figure, when I got home, it was broken!! I took it back to the store within 30 minutes of purchase, WITH RECEIPT, and obviously unused. They refused to even exchange it for a non broken one!! THEY CLAIMED THAT THEY DIDN'T SELL ME THE ITEM THAT I BOUGHT 30 MINUTES BEFORE. It was bizarre. I asked to see the footage from any one of their many surveillance cameras, but the shady guy who's name I'll try to find out, and will update this post with if possible, refused and persisted in denying his receipt and item off his shelf that he was so happy to move and then deny any existence of. These guys are amazing! The whole process was smooth and painless, not to mention super quick! I was just as shattered as the screen of my iPhone 6 Plus when I dropped it in my parking garage. Thankfully, I found this place and about 40 mins later, all my worries were gone!! My phone looks brand new, I have a brand new screen protecter, and they have a wonderful selection of phone cases and accessories. The staff is exceptional! Fast & affordable. Walked in for a front glass replacement for an iPhone 4s, and was out in less than 30 minutes for $39 total. Original price was $44.99, and I bought a $10-off Yelp coupon for $7 to save a few bucks. There was also a Yelp offer for a free case w/ an iPhone 4 glass repair. Even though I have a 4s, they still threw in a case. Nothing elaborate, just a basic plastic/rubber case, but it was free, and better than the no-case I had before. No problems with the phone so far, but the repair was just done yesterday. It does come w/ a 30-day warranty on the part they replaced, but hopefully I won't need it and it'll be good to go even beyond that. A bit of advice... they don't do the repairs in front of you, they have to take it in the back room. So do what you can to protect your privacy by logging out of apps, and/or whatever else you feel you need to do before handing your phone over. Not that they didn't seem trustworthy, but it only makes sense to play it safe. read more

Found these guys off yelp when I was frantically searching for a nearby repair shop that won't leave my wallet in need of a repair as well. My two year old decided she didn't like the game she was playing on my phone, so the only logical thing to do was drop it, outside, on concrete. Sure enough, shattered screen. I had to fly out to Florida for work the next day, and I rely on my phone heavily to get through my day. I called in and they told me to go ahead and bring and that it's usually fixed within the hour. Took them well under an hour and I didn't even realize how that time went by because I was browsing the wide array of hookah merchandise and accessories (they're inside a smoke shop). Staff was polite and knowledgeable. The price was a fraction of others in the valley and the turnaround time was an hour, not days like their competitors. **DO NOT TRUST ** I GOT CON ** I walked into this Walmart-like place to get my iPhone's screen replaced and they DAMAGED my motherboard. My rear camera stopped working after the repair and they didn't fix it. They blamed me. They claimed that my phone was water damaged. Why wouldn't they inform me before repairing? Because it's false. I took the phone to Apple and they didn't find water damage or corrosion. Who do they buy their "Original Equipment Manufacturer" products from? Shouldn't it be from Apple? Well, I chatted with Apple and they don't sell OEM products to unauthorized retailers (see pictures). Specially to places where you can refill your water jug, buy ice cream, Hot Pockets, cereal, Pro Clubs (who still wears these anyway?), fake sport's gear, cigarettes, and weed products. C'mon. Freaked out and dried out the phone as much as possible (turning off phone, taking out the sim slot & blowing hard and shaking the phone). I started up the phone, which it did turn back on, (Thank God), but thinking back, it was a bad move since any little water and electricity could have made it worse. Still feeling nervous, I took it to FastFix iPhone Repair to have them check my phone to see if there was water damage. The guys opened my phone up and did see some water inside, but they dried it out for me and didn't see anything out of the ordinary to have any repairs done. What I am grateful of these guys is that could have lied to me and charged me, but they were honest and didn't charge me anything. My Iphone fell on the cement floor and the glass screen shattered rather severely. After research, this Smoke Shop had best price, highest quality service and a variety of additional services to offer. In less than 30 minutes my screen was replaced, looking as perfect as I could hope for. After having bunch of my questions answered to my compete satisfaction, I was given a new case for my iPhone 4s model as a gift on the house, and I was told that my business is appreciated. I was in and out of the store in less than five minutes and the gentleman helping me carefully walked me through the process of getting my samsung galaxy sIII screen repaired. The staff here truly care and do quick, affordable and honest business. I asked the gentleman helping me about a sim card for H20 and he told me I could get one for free by signing up on the H20 website--he didn't have to give me that information, he could have just taken my money for a $25 sim card; but he gave me the best advice he could and honestly. I fixed my iPhone 7 screen here. It was not a good experience, my phone broke in a week.. then we went with a friend to the same place to repair her phone because her screen was broke too and they repair it. They charged her 130 bucks and she drop it once in 2 days after they repair it and the screen broke totally. We went to ask for guarantee and they didn't have any guarantee and they told my friend to pay 70 bucks more for they repairing again the phone screen. Plus, they were really rude with my friend. Sadly, we didn't got any guarantee and they didn't repair the screen. The service is really bad, I really don't recommend anyone repairing their phone here. The guys who are hired here for giving service are terrible, they are really rude with the client. I hope they close in 6 months. Lol losers!!!! read more
