My first ride where the driver actually arrived the driver was polite but the cab literally sounded like it would die at the next stop light we stopped at, it was over $10 to go less then a mile. My second ride the vehicle (different from first vehicle) was in extremely poor condition - bumper duct taped on, windshield majorly cracked, check engine light on, break light on, advanced trac light on, and trac control light on, the wheels sounded like they were going to fall off and the cab smelled of stale smoke. I was reissued a ticket for the wrong day and discovered this a hour and a half prior to a 2:15 am departure. I called greyhound customer service and was told I could not change the ticket because it was within two hours of the bus leaving and they could not process a refund since it was outside of normal business hours. Called greyhound within normal business hours and was denied a refund because I had not requested a refund a day before travel even though I was reissued a ticket for the wrong day. TERRIBLE customer service!! Will never consider the bus again for my travel needs.
