They speak fluent Spanish and English so great for those who are looking for either. Their pricing was more than fair. I was once quoted $24,000 for the same job they did! Granted the other place did have great ratings but I was willing to take a chance on these guys. Aspen lawn and sprinklers did it for considerably cheaper. Like, several thousand dollars cheaper and blew away my expectations. They asked plenty of questions. After all the work was done they reseeded the lawn where they worked (looks better than the rest of my lawn) and put back the decorative rocks and sawdust. Lastly, they didn't expect payment till the job was done. Again, I think this was more than fair too. I highly recommend them. They rocked. Last summer was brutal to water all the plants and lawn by hand. This next summer is going to be easy! Give them a try for any sprinkler needs. Julian was adamant that I get three estimates from companies he would specify in order that I feel comfortable with his price. This despite my telling him he had my implicit trust which at the time, he did. Not good enough, he was to send me the companies from which I was to get quotes. At the time he was about to start a job for the city of Gresham and that it would be about the first of March before he'd be available. Perfect. Plenty of time. I did not get a contact to call until February 25th. In the meantime, my life situation changed by which we decided to sell our house and relocate. Still plenty of time. I got the one quote he asked for and except for one phone call I made to him weeks later during which he excused himself because he was on lunch at 2:15 in the afternoon, I have not received so much as a text, much less a phone call with any kind of explanation, request for more info or time. I made it clear in one of my texts to him what my situation was, that I was fine not selling the Jeep but that I really needed some work on my back yard in order to list the property. Crickets to this day. I do think if you can capture Julian's attention, he's certainly capable of doing a good job, but to leave a customer hanging is completely unacceptable. From any contractor. Given this treatment, I cannot and do not recommend Julian's Landscaping.

Would have just liked some kind of follow up so I knew what was going on and didn't have to waste my time calling around and then having to schedule with a different company and narrowly avoided having to pay that company as well. I won't be using them again.
