After a couple more days with no reply and another voicemail left I sent an email to the company email address asking if someone was coming by. Still no response and then 5 days later (after I already scheduled with a different company) they show up and leave an invoice. Still never got a call or email saying they were coming out. Would have just liked some kind of follow up so I knew what was going on and didn't have to waste my time calling around and then having to schedule with a different company and narrowly avoided having to pay that company as well. I won't be using them again.
