No, Selena, none of my animals will be left in the hands of someone who sounds as if they are one bad day away from possibly abusing someone's pet. EDIT TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: (IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY) Dear Owner, Had you actually listened to any recordings of any phone conversations, you could clearly see that Selena your customer service representative is nowhere near qualified to be dealing with the public. I was interrupted multiple times when trying to explain my need to have my cat seen. Selena was argumentative about available dates, and when I mentioned to her my concern about bringing my pet there because of her extreme unprofessionalism and her attitude, she was clearly dismissive and did not care to entertain our business any longer. You should be ashamed of yourself as a business owner for defending such customer service. I would fire one of my customer service reps without hesitation if they treated any of our clients the way I was treated. I will continue to spread news and make our community aware of the extremely unprofessional means that not only how your staff disrespects its clients, but how their management defends such an inexcusable level of customer service. I knew leaving her un-spayed was dangerous so I decided to bite the bullet. When I called to make the appointment I was asking 100000x questions and once the receptionist realized I was having a panic attack just making the appointment she was very reassuring, told me she is in very good hands and helped me calm down. Day of, I was a nervous wreck. The staff was so kind, efficient, and trustworthy. The best $125 I've ever spent to make sure my baby girl lives a long healthy life. If you're thinking of getting your animal spayed here, look no further. The incision was hardly even visible and she healed SO well. When I called because my kitty hadn't used the litter box in over 24 hours they gave me solid advice on how to help her and she ended up using the litter box. If I ever get another pet, I will most definitely bring them here!
