I had concerns about my cat, Max, and when I called to try to book an appointment for him to be seen there was a representative named Selena that continued to interrupt me during my explanation of my cat's condition. Selena then proceeded to argue with me about their previous availabilities and easy extremely rude asking me "Would you like us to see your cat or not?" No, Selena, none of my animals will be left in the hands of someone who sounds as if they are one bad day away from possibly abusing someone's pet. EDIT TO MY ORIGINAL REVIEW: (IN RESPONSE TO OWNER REPLY) Dear Owner, Had you actually listened to any recordings of any phone conversations, you could clearly see that Selena your customer service representative is nowhere near qualified to be dealing with the public. I was interrupted multiple times when trying to explain my need to have my cat seen. Selena was argumentative about available dates, and when I mentioned to her my concern about bringing my pet there because of her extreme unprofessionalism and her attitude, she was clearly dismissive and did not care to entertain our business any longer. You should be ashamed of yourself as a business owner for defending such customer service. I would fire one of my customer service reps without hesitation if they treated any of our clients the way I was treated. I will continue to spread news and make our community aware of the extremely unprofessional means that not only how your staff disrespects its clients, but how their management defends such an inexcusable level of customer service. You all should be ashamed of yourselves.
