I was skeptical of this place based on other Doc Williams SPCA reviews. I took my pup here to get…read moreneutered because it was reasonably priced, and because I was able to make an appointment a few weeks out vs a few months (which is how a lot of other low-cost places are). His surgery went smoothly and his incision has healed up well. The one thing I wish they would have been better about was communication. It was extremely hard to reach anyone on the phone, so no one confirmed my appointment or provided me with detailed day-of instructions. I also wish they would have called me and notified me when his surgery was over, rather than me just showing up and hoping he was ready to go. Overall, not nearly as awful as the reviews state, and would recommend to others.

I had been training in the Army for the last 7 months and I worried very often if Ara felt like I abandoned her. Her other mom would comfort me in saying you will be able to spend the next years with her so don't feel to bad. Her mom and I feel like we sent her to her death bed choosing this company. That was our princess going in for a SIMPLE procedure. I wish I could do literally anything to change what happened that day ESPECIALLY A DIFFERENT VETERINARIAN. But unfortunately nothing can bring back our baby, Ara. Save yourself the emotional pain. spend an extra 50$ so your baby can come home to you afterwards.

Their own attorney didn't advise the adoption but they seemed angry when we questioned them after our attorney call. Didn't refund the money, despite not doing their due diligence on vetting the mom and her mental health. We were the second family they had for this birth mom and that should have been a flag. Mom never intended on adoption, but just having her bills paid. I don't know these girls will ever understand what their lazy social work cost me financially, emotionally, and psychologically. *I want to add that there were a couple other negative reviews on here that have since disappeared which doesn't surprise me since their contract threatens anyone who gives them a bad name. Anytime a business has to use over the top contracts to over emphasize positivity and how you speak and write about them, you have to wonder about their ethics and motives. Integrity is what ultimately makes a business succeed, not threats of litigation for stating the experience. The only person with integrity at this place was their attorney. I felt after our experience that their social worker Elyse should have been fired on the spot but she still works there.
