The thing is a nightmare, it falls off randomly, had to look for it for two days. Then, when you want to remove it to reload, it won't bloody come off. I went back three times to get the guys to get it off for me - and it came off - go figure. I hate this thing soooo much. A good policy would be to take the offensive item back, refund the money or replace the thing with something that works - but NO. I bought a new one and have chucked the mode and the ridiculous thing in the garbage. So there is a 150 bucks down the toilet. Don't buy it.

Now, it's another average vape shop with witless employees. If you're mentally unstable you'll probably get along great with the two employees that are usually behind the counter.
