The other, however, started late, finished early, and provided no real therapeutic benefit. Had two services and will discuss each sperately Jasmin Body Wrap: Disappointing. Dry brush, then the therapist wrapped you in a giant tea soaked cloth , gave you a 5 min neck and head massage and LEFT THE ROOM. You will lay there for another 30 mins or so. I do not recommend this service. Maybe I made the wrong choice? Spa Facial: Good facial not great. Esthetician who "massaged" my face needs more pressure. She was just touching my face . I told her she can have more pressure and she did increase it but it was just firm stroking, not a massage like I have had else where. I do think she is trying, and maybe it is just her style I didn't like? All in all, an expensive "meh" experience. read more

I came to Zi Spa for a 75 min weekend Swedish massage and had an amazing experience from beginning to end. At the time of this review, service without gratuity was $155. Upon arrival, finding parking was super easy. They have a giant parking lot shared by businesses. Since I came on a weekend, I'm not sure how it is on weekdays since Zi Spa shares a building with other businesses. Service overall was top notch. All the employees were very friendly and accommodating. When I arrived, one of the employees took my drink order, gave me some slippers and led me to a locker that had a nice and fluffy robe. The women's room had 2 bathrooms, 2 showers, a changing room, and some amenities. My drink was waiting for me on a lounge table. The lounge was also very relaxing. Other than the mimosa I received, they also had other drinks like cucumber infused water and a selection of tea. The view outside of the window was very nice too - it was mostly the mountains and trees (and some residential buildings) My body scrub and massage was with Marilyn, who was amazing. I'd highly recommend her. The massage started with me deeply breathing 3 times in something that smelled nice. The massage was definitely on the thoughtful end where it felt like everything you could've wanted for a relaxing experience was there. The table was so nice and warm and the blanket was the right amount of heaviness. There were also eye coverings when you were face up. I also enjoyed my short conversation with her. After the massage, I was able to go back tk the lounge and relax some more until I felt like leaving. I'd highly recommend Zi Spa. I'd definitely return the next time I'm back. read more

I was 33 weeks along in my pregnancy and was dying for a prenatal massage. My wonderful husband was sweet enough and took the time to search on yelp for the best one. Zi Spa offers a robe, sandal, locker and shower access (2 are available), and a complimentary beverage (wine, champagne, tea, water) with a booked service. The facility is clean and well kept. PRENATAL MASSAGE: Michael was my masseuse and he was amazing! I requested to specifically spend more time on the upper back, shoulder, and neck area and he listened and often checked-in for the amount of pressure used throughout the 60 minute massage. They didn't have a pregnancy specific massage table (the one with the hole, but they had pillows that were placed over the table to allow room for your belly. It was surprisingly really comfy! I have visited this spa with my husband four times. The first three visits we loved it, raved about. Then they became sneaky with dropping services without notice. This is where the two stars comes in. We used to get their famed "Ultimate Indulgence" package for couples. This includes 2 facials, 2 massages, 2 pedicures, a snack tray, and drink. Without any notice, the Ultimately Indulgence package did not include pedicures on our last visit. They raised the price of the package, which is 100% understandable as prices are subject to change without notice. However, the Ultimate Indulgence package no longer includes pedicures! We paid an extra $65 for each pedicure! Very deceptive business practices. This should have been made crystal clear to us up front, but nope! Not verbal, not in writing. We were never informed of the change. Very shady. Stay clear. You've been warned. read more

I love this place. It's a relaxing atmosphere with a nice changing room, hot showers, and relaxing waiting room with recliners. It's best massage experience I've had yet. The massage beds are heated and have an adjustable base. The massage itself is always very relaxing and has done wonders for me when I have stiff and painful muscles. First, I love the services I receive from Zi Spa. I've had mania, pedis, massages, body packages and the Queen for the day over the years. But I do think the place needs a face lift in the locker room & Zen lounge. In the locker room, lots of lockers with no keys and no wrist band for them which helps keep track of it in your robe pocket. Some had nothing, some had paper clips attached. Small details, cheap fixes that make something feel less taken care of. The zen lounge chairs are getting old and broken down, it seems mismatched and not very opulent and the fire place is now covered by chairs. Possibly bringing in a designer to help work out a new footprint, paint, furniture would be nice. Again, I've been going for years but I do notice when things aren't kept up and really appreciate environment as part of the experience. Sad I didn't find this place or try it out until the last month of my pregnancy and my last child. I have had multiple massages every pregnancy and nothing compares with this place. They have the pregnancy tables and it adjust/reclines perfectly to your body needs. You enjoy the full spa experience, nice comfy warm robes, slippers, personal lockers, changing area, showers with all amenities, nice lounge area to sit Back and relax or chat with friends while waiting, infused water, tea. Well, here it is Valentine's Day and I booked a 3 1/2 hour spa package gift at Zi Spa this afternoon for my wife, to be followed by a nice dinner at her favorite restaurant. To make sure they had availability, I booked it in-person last October, and I confirmed the appointment with Melissa for Feb 14. She had never been to Zi, so she was looking forward to the experience. Imagine my wife's disappointment when she shows up today and they inform her that there is no appointment today, but next Monday. Of course, they're booked today so she would have to accept the new date or only partial service. Given that I made the appointment months ago and in-person, I can only conclude one of two scenarios... 1. Melissa was not competent to make a basic appointment or 2. my wife's appointment got bumped to accommodate someone else on Valentine's Day. Either way, Zi Spa ruined my Valentine gift for my wife. I was booked for a balayage, paid for a balayage, and got into the chair only to be told that they do not do balayage. I let the stylist convince me she could do "foilayage" that would look the same. It does not, it looks like foils but somehow even worse. The website has balayage, I booked and got confirmation for balayage, but showed up and "oh we don't do it." I wish I had done my homework on this place. If you want to have your nails painted with NO cuticle work done, then this is the place to go. Nail techs were nice & accommodating. HOWEVER for $130 we were extremely disappointed. My painted nails do not look like they were done professionally AT ALL. I hadn't had a mani/pedi for ages and really needed to have my cuticles trimmed. Apparently they don't trim cuticle's! I will not be going back. Again... really disappointed! read more

I was called by Zi spa receptionist to rebook the time for our service 3 weeks ago, which we agreed to no problem. We Checked in for our services and nothing was said about our pedicure appointments. After our massage we were informed they double booked for pedicures and we would not be getting our pedicures. We were offered a pizza for the inconvenience which we declined. I've been going to Zi Spa for a few years and have mixed feelings depending on the service. For starters: the facials. If you've never had a spa facial, let me tell you it is 100% possible to bliss out so hard you fall asleep while someone is washing your face. You slide under that weighted blanket onto a heated plush bed and immediately everything relaxes. Pros and cons to this, and the con is basically, go easy on the free mimosa (yah... FREE!) because every muscle is about to totally relax and the muscles around the bladder relax too. Chill in the lounge after your treatment and use that time to bottoms up the bubbly. They get to business inspecting your pores and determining what your skin problems are (lesson learned: that apricot peach scrub every girl starts using in middle school is skin satan), and then they start washing and applying all kinds of creams. The really nice part is when they do a mini upper body massage while something sets. (note to Zi Spa: I'd pay extra to extend that part by 15 minutes). I recommend you always get the 90 minutes facial because 60 goes by way too fast. The mani/pedis: As far as nail treatment goes, this is pretty typical, but that doesn't mean basic. I usually get the Riverstone because I love the paraffin wax and the feel of hot rocks being massaged around my lower calves. There's something very "living my best life" about that experience. You don't pay extra for white tips *cough*Northern Quest*cough* and you're in the same room as the hair salon so you can listen to them gossip. And don't forget to get another mimosa because they are free here too! The hair salon: I've gotten my hair cut twice, and both times was disappointing. But, the disappointment I had is the same everywhere I go: I'd like to find a stylist that cuts 1 inch off like I ask instead of 3. One experience in particular was really bad (like... she cut 4 inches off and the layers looked nothing like I asked and it was not salvageable) so Tammy gave me a small gift certificate. I booked a pedicure and mentioned using the gift certificate, and she booked me with the lady who chopped my hair off. That was the most awkward pedicure I've ever had. The kitchen: I know they are working on expanding the facility, and it seems like this area is always in process of being fixed up, and I look forward to what he dining area looks like when they are done. I hope they visit other salons in the area that have a dining room to get inspiration. I usually go with a large group when we are there long enough for lunch, and they've gotten orders mixed up a few times, but the girls are quick to call over and get it corrected. The amenities: In addition to the free mimosas, they have a beer, infused water, and tea in the lounge. The lounge is nice, but not somewhere to hang out too long. The showers are awesome. I always come early enough to shower and just stand under that rainfall shower head and let it get all steamy and warm. They have blow dryers you can use, but limited products (something like Spa Paradio's hair bar would be awesome to see here). Overall: this will continue to be my go-to place for facials, massages, and nails. I love Zi Spa and will keep coming back. read more

I did a 1 hour, deep tissue massage. My therapist was Gracie and she was fantastic! I have really bad knots, we're talking ROCKS, in my shoulders and she was able to work on them and start to break them up. I feel so much better. The gal who did my hair is superb! Not only was she super nice, but she gave me exactly what I asked for. I always fear that my hair will get cut too short, but not in this case. The shine and body I left with was also top of the line. It is so nice to go somewhere that uses different products than the rest of town. Plus, who doesn't love free wine with services?!?! The only thing that kept me from giving the establishment 5 stars is the fact that the pedicure area is in the same area as the hair area and the woman doing pedicures is super loud voiced; less relaxing.
