I called Joe to inspect an area under the kitchen sink where I found mold. I didn't want to disturb…read moreit if it was black mold. I have a baby in the house and wanted a professional to come inspect it. I called Joe because he was close by and he was experienced. He promptly came the next day and took samples under the sink and did air testing downstairs and upstairs (I was worried about airborne mold hidden in walls or hvac). I received a very detailed lab report a few days later along with Joe's recommendations on how to remedy the situation. Joe is VERY friendly, reliable, and is knowledgeable about mold. He respected my sleeping baby and fiancé and tiptoed through my house quietly. The process was fast and streamlined and his equipment was very cool.
