On two occasions I requested an explanation re the calculation without any response. CLV Group Inc. closed their in-person office 485 Bank St. Perhaps because they don't want to deal with face to face complaints. He was almost never present during the project. He promised licenced professionals and instead used non licensed workers who were rude and very unprofessional. We had to get our own people in to check their work, which resulted in many building code violations. 2 of his sub contractors had to attempt to put a lean on our house because of Randy's inability to pay them. This man should not be allowed to conduct buisiness, he is a disgrace to buisiness owners and if his real estate dealings are anything like his contracting buisiness, you should stay far far away. There were many more problems and irreparable damage, to much for this review. This man is NOT TO BE TRUSTED
