The office manager, Beth, was very helpful in scheduling the service and providing a sample of our customized colors before committing to the work. And Morgan and Micah did an outstanding job applying the coating. The whole process took about a day and a half. A couple of additional aspects that truly made them the right company to coat our garage floor...they covered the stem walls at no extra cost, they actually provided a trailer that we could store our things in while they were doing the work, at no extra cost, and they are a small, local, family operated business that basically provides a lifetime warranty on their products and workmanship. The bank also surprises you with a paper at the signing, that does NOT ALLOW you to stop the construction and have it completed by another responsible contractor. Some houses were NOT even completed a year later. On our job, the project manager was A WORTHLESS D.ICKHEAD. He wouldn't even show up to approve it or fix what "he" was supposed to fix and move to the next phase.
