We are awaiting our canvas. They fabricated many of their own parts, for example, the swim ladder is WAY better than any I've seen in shops or on line. I will post the canvas on frame soon. When purchasing a dock the cost can be daunting. We feel really good about cutting this check. Especially, after seeing our new Frey dock ride the wind and white caps, last night, from a strong storm coming from the North on Hayden Lake. This is a hybrid cross over dock that has the best of both worlds. Looks like a high end wooden dock with the floatation of the inter locking composite docks. Easy to walk on. Of coarse, time will tell on this dock, but my two neighbors that used Tommy Frey docks seem very happy with theirs, too. Job well done. Thank you Tommy and crew.

One thing to stood out to me is how quickly they were able to get the jobs done. Jeremy, the owner, is very good at coordinating the various workers so there was very little waiting time during the project. He moves the project along quickly and does very good work. Another thing to stood out to me is the quality of his drywall work. My basement has a rather peculiar texture pattern, but his guy was able to perfectly match the pattern, and his seams and taping were so clean that there's no way to tell there was ever any work done. The shower he remodeled for me turned out very well. He was even able to relocate an exhaust fan, expand the size of the shower, and the quality of the tile & grout-work came out very well. Next year I plan to use Amason All Around again to remodel my two downstairs bathrooms.

Imagine my surprise when I arrived at their offices to pick up the check, Steve insisted on a full refund, apologized again and indicated the technician was new at the time of service and has since learned the proper way to do business per their company policy. Suffice to say, I will contact them again for any further plumbing needs.

Arrow Point was the only company to show up on time. Their estimate came in at the lowest. Using the same exact materials quoted by other companies. The work started on time and was finished with rapidity that I'll find impressive to my dying days. Two days to complete a tear off and re-shingle while replacing flashing, roof vents, etc. There was absolutely no evidence left behind that they'd ever been here, except for a new roof. The materials they used were top notch, especially the new flashing and roof vents. Those materials have come a long way since this roof was first installed.

The estimate arrived in my inbox the next day and was a full $6,000 lower than what the first contractor proposed and lower still than the second company's estimate. Tyler's recommendation for the color of the shingles was perfect and compliments the colors of the house and Perrenoud's crew was great. Despite the fact there were 2 layers of shingles on this roof, water damage and a skylight that needed reframing, they finished the work in 2.5 days. This is a GAF roof with an exceptional warranty and will definitely outlast me. If you're looking for great service, quality and a reasonable price for a new roof, this is the company you want to call.
